Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Mafulong on abnormal uterine bleeding of ovulatory dysfunction of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to explore the application effect of this treatment program on hemostasis, menstrual regulation and ovulation function restoration,so as to provide more pregnancy opportunities for patients with ovulatory dysfunction AUB.Methods:68 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding of ovulation dysfunction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were screened out according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine sequential therapy(Yiqi Huayu Zhixue Decoction+Jianpi Bushen Decoction)combined with Marvelon treatment, and the control group was treated with Marvelon only. After three months of treatment, the hemostasis time and AUB recurrence rate of the patients in two groups after treatment were observed and the changes of menstrual cycle and menstrual duration before and after treatment as well as the improvement of ovulation function and TCM syndrome score were analyzed at the same time.Results:(1)After treatment, the average hemostasis time for patients in the experimental group was(4.00±1.02)days,which was less than(4.79±1.34)days in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period, one patient in the experimental group took hemostatic drugs, while a total of 4 patients in the control group took hemostatic drugs. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment, the number of ovulation patients in each menstrual cycle in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the number of ovulation cases in the first cycle between the two groups(P>0.05).The comparison difference between the second and third cycles was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was a significant statistical difference in the total ovulation cycle between the two groups during the follow-up period(P<0.01);in addition, during the follow-up period,12 patients in the experimental group had continuous ovulation, while there’s only 4 cases in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the patients in both groups was significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the differences were significantly different(P<0.01).The results of menstrual cycle regulation in the experimental group were better, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference in menstrual duration between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),and the three menstrual durations in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, but the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).(4)After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of patients in two groups decreased significantly, which was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01).The TCM symptom score of the exper imental group was(4.93±1.41)and the control group was(8.11±1.87).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),(5)During the follow-up period, there were 2 patients in the experimental group and 5 patients in the control group relapsing AUB,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%and that in the control group was 67.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with Marvelon and Marvelon monotherapy can effectively adjust the menstrual cycle and control the length of menstruation in AUB-0 patients. However, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine has more significant advantages in stopping bleeding, restoring ovulation, alleviating patient symptoms, controlling recurrence rate and other aspects. In summary, the treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type AUB-0 with sequential traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with Marvelon can stop bleeding early, significantly alleviate the patient’s discomfort, and have a better effect on menstrual cycle adjustment and menstrual duration control. Moreover, the long-term treatment effect is better. It can significantly improve the ovulation function of patients, reduce the recurrence rate of AUB,and have a higher evaluation of the comprehensive treatment effect.
