Clinical Observation Of Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Thin Endometrium And Hypomenorrhea

Objective:To observe the endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points and clinical effects of treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome thin endometrium patients with Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction and Femoston,objective evaluation of the drug effect,and to provide basis for clinical promotion and application in the future.Methods:60 patients who conformed to criteria were randomized into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,20 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with Femoston,control group 2 was treated with Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction,and the treatment group was simultaneously treated with Femoston and Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction.All of them have been under the treatment for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The changes of endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment and during followup,and the intra-group and inter-group comparisons were made.Spss24.0 statistical analy sis software was used for statistical analy sis.Results:1.Endometrial thickness:Compared with before medication,endometrial thickness was significantly increased at the first month and the fourth month after the end of medication in each group(P<0.05),and the degree of increase in the treatment group was consistently the best compared with control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05);Compare within groups,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the first month and the fourth month after the end of medication(P>0.05).2.Total PBAC score:Compared with before medication,the score was significantly increased at the first month and the fourth month after the end of medication in each group(P<0.05),and the degree of increase in the treatment group was consistently the best compared with control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05);Compare within groups,there was no significant difference in score between the first month and the fourth month after the end of medication(P>0.05).3.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score:Compared with before medication,the score was significantly decreased at the first month and the fourth month after the end of medication in each group(P<0.05),and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was consistently the best compared with control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05);Compare within groups,there was no significant difference in score between the first month and the fourth month after the end of medication(P>0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy among the three groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 were 90.00%,70.00%and 75.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction and Femoston can increase endometrial thickness and menstrual blood volume,relieve clinical symptoms,and have a good long-term therapeutic effect.The therapeutic effect of Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction combined with Femoston is better than that of Self-designed Zishen Zengmo Decoction or Femoston alone.2.During the study,all patients had no obvious discomfort and the safety indicators were normal,and the combination of self-proposed kidney and fenentone had the best therapeutic effect,indicating that this treatment plan is the most safe and effective,and is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
