Clinical Study Of Chinese And Western Medicine Combined With Pelvic Floor Biological Stimulation On Thin Endometrium Infertility(Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

ObjectiveEffects of Yishen Yangxue Tiaomo decoction combined with Femoston and pelvic floor biological stimulation on endometrial thickness,uterine spiral artery blood flow,TCM syndrome scores,and pregnancy of the patients with kidney asthenia and blood stasis of thin endometrial infertility is observed.Clinical efficacy is evaluated to provide a reference for the therapy.Method60 standard-compliant patients were divided into observation group and control group with 30 persons for each group.Observation group:Yishen Yangxue Tiaomo decoction+Femoston+pelvic floor biological stimulation;control group:Femoston+pelvic floor biological stimulation.Ovulation is supervised in every menstrual cycle and patients’ sexual intercourse is administrated.Endometrial thickness,uterine spiral artery blood flow and pregnancy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment 1,2,3 menstrual cycles,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were observed before and after 3 courses of treatment,and statistical analysis,and clinical efficacy of different therapies were compared.Result(1)Comparison of general data:the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05)in age,infertility duration,infertility type,endometrial thickness,uterine spiral artery blood flow,TCM Syndrome Scores;and has comparability.(2)Comparison of endometrial thickness:there were 82 treatment cycles in the observation group and 80 treatment cycles in the control group.Endometrial thickness was improved after treatment in both groups of unpregnant patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of mean endometrial thickness among groups after treatment shows a statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of uterine spiral artery blood flow(PI,RI):there were 82 treatment cycles in the observation group and 80 treatment cycles in the control group.Uterine spiral artery blood flow(PI,RI)was reduced after treatment in both groups of unpregnant patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of mean uterine spiral artery blood flow(PI,RI)among groups after treatment shows a statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment are lower than that before treatment,and the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores of observation group after treatment are lower than that of control group,and the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Efficacy comparison of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of efficacy of TCM syndrome of observation group and control group after treatment is 93.10% and 71.43%,respectively.Efficacy comparison of TCM syndrome among groups shows a statistical significance(P<0.05).(6)Uterine pregnancy:10 cases of uterine pregnancy in observation group with a rate of uterine pregnancy of 34.48%;7 cases of uterine pregnancy in control group with a rate of uterine pregnancy of 25.00%.The difference in uterine pregnancy between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).ConclusionYishen Yangxue Tiaomo decoction combined with Femoston and pelvic floor biological stimulation has a positive efficacy on patients with kidney asthenia and blood stasis of thin endometrial infertility.It increases endometrial thickness,reduces the perfusion resistance of uterine spiral arterial blood flow,and improves TCM syndrome for a high pregnancy rate.
