| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zengmeng decoction combined with Fenmatong(2/10mg)on thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: 101 patients with thin endometrium who visited the gynaecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group(51 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group took Fenmatong(2/10mg)orally from the first day to the 28 th day of the menstrual cycle,and took it together with aspirin during the non menstrual period for three consecutive menstrual cycles.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group took Zengmeng Decoction on the 1st to 14 th days of the menstrual cycle.The therapeutic effect,menstrual blood volume score,TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness and classification,endometrial hemodynamic indexes and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Baseline comparison: before treatment,the baseline data such as age,main symptoms and course of disease of the two groups are comparable;2.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy: the total clinical efficacy of the control group was80.00%,and the total efficacy of the treatment group was 98.03%.The treatment group was higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of Zengmeng decoction was obvious;3.Comparison of the scores of the menstrual blood loss chart and TCM syndrome of the two groups:the scores of menstrual blood loss map after treatment in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of single symptom of TCM in both groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups showed that the scores of single symptom of TCM with blood clot in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);4.Comparison of endometrial thickness and type A endometrium: After treatment,the endometrial thickness and the proportion of type A endometrium in the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,and the comparison between groups showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);5.Endometrial hemodynamic indexes: PI and RI of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Pregnancy rate: The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zengmu decoction combined with Fenmaitong(2/10mg)and small dose aspirin,and simple use of Fenmaitong(2/10mg)and small dose aspirin can improve menstrual blood volume,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy in patients with thin-type endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was better than that of Western medicine alone.2.Zengmeng decoction can increase endometrial thickness,improve endometrial morphology,reduce endometrial hemodynamic indexes PI and RI,optimize endometrial receptivity and increase pregnancy rate in patients with thin endometrium of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.During the treatment,there was no adverse reaction and the safety was high. |
