Clinical Observation Of Small Needle Knife Combined With Huoxue Xiaozhong Prescription In The Treatment Of Stasis Dermatitis

Objective:To explore small needle knife combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription for clinical efficacy weight in treating stasis dermatitis,observe the changes of clinical symptoms and biochemical parameters before and after treatment,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of small needle knife combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription in the treatment of stasis dermatitis.Methods:Forty two stasis dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups who were treated in the department of peripheral vascular diseases of First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to February 2021,including the observation group(21 cases)and the control group(21cases).Both groups of patients were given Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection,Floium Ginkgo Extract And Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride Injection,and Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription as the basic treatment.The patients of the observation group were treated with asmall needle knife on the basic treatment,which was operated every fourth day,and five times a course of treatment.Finally,the data of both groups was aggregated and analyzed after 3 weeks of treatment and 6months’ follow-up.The changes of clinical symptoms,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),overall response rate and recurrence rate were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results: The clinical symptoms of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before admission.There was significant difference in the improvement degree of the symptoms between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in the decrease degree of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05).The response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group after 6 months was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusions:1.Small needle knife combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of stssis dermatitis.2.Small needle knife combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription can reduce the level of CRP and promote the absorption of inflammation.3.Small needle knife combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription has low recurrence rate and stable long-term effect on the treatment of stasis dermatitis.4.Small needle knife combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription has high security,which may provide an alternative for the treatment of stasis dermatitis.
