| Objective To observe the effect of Erxian decoction combined with small needle knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and the comparison of clinical effects before and after treatment,so as to provide a new idea and plan for the treatment of this disease,at the same time,it provides theoretical support and clinical basis for the popularization and application of this method.Methods Patient Source: In Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University Affiliated Hospital Orthopedics Outpatient Department,and the differentiation of symptoms and signs for Yang Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome of knee osteoarthritis patients.No less than 90 cases were collected according to the order of treatment.After removing the patients,they were divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Erxian decoction on the basis of small needle-knife Lysis,while the control group was treated with simple small needle-knife lysis.ERXIAN SOUP USAGE: Daily 1 dose,water,morning and evening,14 doses for a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses.The data before and after treatment were collected and analyzed with SPSS 26.0,w OMAC score,Vas score and 2 weeks before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the control group and the treatment group.Result:1.Vas Score of knee joint: There was no significant difference between the two groups before Treatment(P & GT;0.05),there was a significant difference in VAS symptom score between the two groups(P & Lt;0.05),which indicated that both groups had a certain effect on pain relief,there was significant difference in Vas Symptom score between the Control Group and the Treatment Group(P & Lt;0.05),which showed that the treatment group had better pain relief than the control group,3 months after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,there was a significant difference(P & Lt;0.05)in the visual analogue scale(Vas)between the treatment group and the Control Group 3 months after Treatment(P & Lt;0.05).2.WOMAC score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before Treatment(P & GT;0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups,there were significant differences in the degree of difficulty in daily activities of the knee(P & Lt;0.05),pain and joint stiffness in the WOMAC score between the control group and the treatment group 2 weeks after treatment,there was a significant difference in the degree of difficulty in daily activities of the knee(P & Lt;0.05).3 months after treatment,the patients in the control group and the Treatment Group had the same symptoms as those3.in the control group,there was a significant difference in the degree of difficulty in daily activities of knee joint(P & Lt;0.05)between 3 months after treatment and 2 weeks before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P & Lt;0.05),which showed that the treatment was superior to the control group in the improvement of knee pain,joint stiffness and difficulty in daily life.3.Comparison of Clinical Curative Effect: The clinical cure rate of the control group was 20%,the obvious efficiency was 51.11%,the total effective rate was 86.67%,the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 31.11%,the obvious efficiency was 55.56%,the total effective rate was 95.56%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Erxian decoction combined with small needle-knife release in the treatment of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis significant clinical effect.The WOMAC score and VAS score of the knee joint treated by Erxian decoction combined with small needle-knife lysis were better than those treated by small needle-knife lysis alone,the patient’s pain value and when the movement the pain condition,the joint stiffness,the knee joint daily activity may obtain the very obvious improvement,does not have any adverse reaction in the treatment process,may promote the use in the clinical. |
