Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Adult Snoring Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis By Needle Knife Releasing Feishu Point Combined With Pharyngeal Needle Knife

Objective:To observe the efficacy of back needle knife releasing Feishu point combined with pharynx small needle knife in the treatment of adult snoring phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,to study the effect on the improvement of adult snoring symptoms,and to explore its important role in adult snoring treatment.in order to further promote the back needle knife to release Feishu point treatment of snoring sleep treatment,reduce the pain of patients with snoring sleep.Methods: 72 patients who were diagnosed as snoring phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in the Otorhinolaryngology Clinic of the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.the treatment group was treated with back needle knife to release Feishu point combined with pharynx small needle knife,and the control group was treated with pharynx needle knife only.One treatment was a course of treatment,and the interval between the two needle knives was one week,for a total of two courses of treatment.Results: A total of 72 cases were included in this trial,and 6 cases fell out(2cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group).Therefore,a total of 66 cases were counted in the two groups(34 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group).According to the rank sum test,the AHI index of the two groups before and after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P <0.05),which indicated that the treatment methods of the two groups had a decreasing effect on AHI index.There was no significant difference in AHI index between the two groups after treatment,which showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment,the rank sum test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.The rank sum test showed that there was no significant difference in the improvement of AHI index between the two groups in terms of the degree of improvement of the two groups in terms of the rank sum test,which showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the improvement of the AHI index.After the rank sum test,the scores of concomitant symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different from those after treatment(P < 0.05),which indicated that the treatment methods of the two groups could reduce the score of concomitant symptoms.There was no significant difference in the score of concomitant symptoms between the two groups after treatment,which showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment,the rank sum test showed that there was no significant difference in the score of concomitant symptoms between the two groups after treatment.However,the rank sum test showed that the score of concomitant symptoms in the treatment group was 1.59 and that in the control group was 1.03,indicating that the improvement of concomitant symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.In the comparison of the efficacy of the two treatments,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,while that of the control group was 81.25%.The rank sum test showed that there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion: Although there is no significant difference in effective rate between back needle knife loosening Feishu point and pharynx small needle knife in the treatment of adult snoring,although there is no significant difference in effective rate between back needle knife and pharynx small needle knife in the treatment of adult snoring,needle knife release Feishu point combined with pharynx small needle knife in the treatment of adult snoring sleep has more advantages in improving concomitant symptoms.
