Objective:To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife release combined with PNF technology in the treatment of type A lower cross syndrome with Low Back Pain, and provide scientific basis for the treatment of type A lower cross syndrome with Low Back Pain. Methods: Sixty patients with type A lower cross syndrome and low back pain who met the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a ratio of1:1,with 30 patients in each group for treatment. The patients in the control group were instructed to self-administer Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF)once a day for 30 min for 12 times. The patients in the observation group were treated with small needle-knife lysis on the basis of the control group. The small needle-knife lysis was performed once every4 days,3 times as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.During the course of needle-knife lysis, patients were instructed to give PNF technique by themselves once a day for30 minutes each time for 12 times.Collect the relevant data of the two groups, and systematically evaluate the efficacy of the two groups’ visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and finger-to-ground distance(FFD)before and after treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 80% in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),suggesting that the observation group was better than the control group in the overall efficacy.(2)VAS:before and after treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were compared within the group, the results were P<0.05,there was statistical significance, the VAS scores of the two groups were compared, the results were as follows:1 There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(3)ODI scores: before and after treatment, the ODI scores of the two groups were compared within the group, the results were P<0.05,there was statistical significance, the ODI scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups, the results were as follows: 1There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)Finger-to-ground distance(FFD): before and after treatment, the FFD scores of the two groups were compared within the group, the results were P<0.05,there was statistical significance, the FFD of two groups were compared, the results were as follows: 1 There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): In the two groups of treatment methods used in this study, small needle-knife lysis combined with PNF technique and PNF technique alone had better therapeutic effect, while small needle-knife lysis combined with PNF technique had better therapeutic effect,it has better effect on adjusting the balance of muscle strength, correcting bad posture and improving the range of motion of waist. It is a significant therapeutic method in clinic.
