Clinical Observation Of Treating Diabetic Foot Unlcer With Ozone Gas Bath Combined And Qishentongmaiyin Ⅱ

Objective:The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of ozone gas bath combined with Qishentongmaiyin Ⅱ in the treatment of blood vessel stasis type diabetic foot ulcers,to explore the effective and feasible methods for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,and to provide simple and reliable new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:A total 60 cases that met the criteria for the inclusion of diabetic foot ulcers were selected,and the random number table method was used to divide into 3 groups,with 20 cases in each group.All three groups of patients were treated on the basis of conventional treatment and wound debridement replacement therapy,the control group 1 group was treated with ozone gas bath,control group 2 was treated with Qishentongmaiyin Ⅱ,the treatment group was treated with ozone gas bath combined with Qishentongmaiyin Ⅱ,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,wound area and depth,wound local integration,wound temperature,WBC and CRP counts were observed,WBC and CRP counts were observed.All data were statistically analyzed to compare the differences between the three groups.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,the total effective rate of the control 1 group was 70%,and the total effective rate of the control 2 group was 85%,and there were significant differences in the efficacy of the three groups(P<0.05);2.After treatment,the wound area and depth were significantly reduced and shallowened,and the changes in the treatment group were better than those in the two-control group(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the local condition integration of wounds(exudation,granulation tissue filling rate,degree of redness and swelling,pain degree)was improved,and the change of treatment group was better than that of the two controls(P<0.05);4.After treatment,local blood supply(wound temperature)and infection(WBC and CRP)were improved,and the changes in the treatment group were better than those in the two-control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in ozone gas bath combined with Qishentongmaiyin Ⅱ can effectively control the local infection of diabetic foot ulcers,improve the local tissue hypoxia state,promote blood circulation of limb capillaries,and effectively improve the symptoms of local skin color,such as dark redness,bruising,and fear of cold,pain in patients with blood vein stasis type diabetic foot ulcers,with significant clinical efficacy and obvious advantages over monotherapy.
