Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Wenjing Decoction Combined With Foot Bath On The Low Amount Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type Menstruation

Objective: Observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction oral or foot bath on patients with low menstruation after artificial abortion(cold coagulation and blood stasis type),and clarify the mechanism of Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction orally combined with foot bath on menstrual changes in patients with low menstruation.Provide basis for future clinical promotion and application。Methods: Sixty gynecological outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The control group took Wenjing Decoction to add flavor.Before and after the menstrual volume,menstrual time,PABC score,endometrial thickness,estrogen level,TCM symptom score changes,statistically determine its efficacy and explain.Result:1.PBAC score,TCM symptom scores: The PBAC scores of patients in the observation group and the control group were compared within the group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant,and the comparison between the groups was significantly better than the control group.2.Endometrial thickness,estrogen level,menstrual time: the observation group and the control group were compared within the group after treatment,P <0.05,with statistical difference,P> 0.05 between groups,no statistical difference.3.Comparison of curative effect of menstrual volume change: the total effective rates of the menstrual modulation effect of the observation group and the control group were 96.55% and 89.29%,respectively.The intra-group comparison showed that the curative effect of menstrual modulation was statistically significant.The comparison between the groups showed that the observation group was significantly better The control group had statistical difference(P <0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy of TCM symptom improvement: The total effective rates of Chinese medical effects in the observation group and the control group were 92.86% and 96.55%,respectively.There was a statistical difference in the control within the group after treatment,and the comparison between the groups was P = 0.238> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant significance.5.Comparison of follow-up: The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.55% and 78.57%,respectively.After treatment,the comparison within the group was statistically significant.Compared between the groups,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction is effective for improving PBAC score,TCM symptom score,increasing menstrual flow and prolonging menstrual period in patients with menorrhagia after artificial abortion(cold coagulation and blood stasis type).2.The Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction can increase the level of estrogen in patients with menorrhagia after artificial abortion(cold coagulation and blood stasis type).3.The Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction can increase the endometrial thickness of patients with low menstruation after artificial abortion(cold coagulation and blood stasis type).4.Traditional Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction orally combined with foot bath for postmenstrual dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)is significantly better than simple Wenjing Decoction orally in improving PBAC score and TCM symptom score.5.No adverse events occurred during the experiment,which can be clinically promoted...
