Clinical Efficacy Of Tang Shen Kang Yin In Treating Early Diabetic Kidney Disease And The Influence Of MMP-9

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Tang Shen Kang Yin on early diabetic kidney disease patients and its effect on serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),this study analyzed the mechanism of treating early diabetic kidney disease and delaying kidney damage,evaluated the safety of its clinical application,and provided a new treatment direction for early intervention of diabetic kidney disease.Methods:80 patients with two deficiency of qi and Yin with blood stasis type in early diabetic kidney disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(40 cases in each group).Both groups received basic treatment,including diabetes education,diet control,individualized exercise,hypoglycemia,hypotensive and lipid-lowering therapy.The treatment group was treated with Tang Shen Kang Yin in addition to basic treatment for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores and therapeutic indicators including urinary microalbumin excretion rate(UAER)and serum MMP-9 were observed before and after treatment.Statistical software SPSS26.0 was used to collate and analyze the collected data.To evaluate the clinical effect of Tang Shen Kang Yin.Results:1.Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromesThe overall effectiveness of TCM syndrome and control group of TCM syndrome was 90.0%and 72.2%,respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral comparisonAfter treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in improving fatigue,pharyngeal dryness and mouth dryness,eating more easily hungry,spontaneous night sweat,palpitation,insomnia,shortness of breath and lazy speech,urinalization,limb numbness,wrong skin nail and dark lip color,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of lumbar and knee soreness and pentagonal fever(P>0.05).3.UAER index comparisonAfter treatment,UAER in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,the control group decreased from 82.267±12.979 to 64.932±22.477,and the treatment group decreased from 79.357±10.930 to 36.224±12.799,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of UAER reduction,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of serum MMP-9The serum MMP-9 level in both groups increased compared with that before treatment,the control group increased from 2.63 1±0.546 to 3.798±0.727,and the treatment group increased from 2.710±0.506 to 4.164±0.620,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The elevation of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tang Shen Kang Yin can improve the early diabetic kidney disease qi and Yin with blood stasis type of patients with fatigue,pharynx dry mouth dry,eat more easy hunger,spontaneous night sweat,heart palpitations insomnia,shortness of breath lazy speech,constipation naked,limb numbness,skin armor wrong,dark face and lip color of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms.2.Tang Shen Kang Yin can reduce UAER level in early diabetic kidney disease patients,indicating that Tang Shen Kang Yin can effectively improve renal function and protect kidney.3.Tang Shen Kang Yin can increase the level of MMP-9 in patients with early diabetic kidney disease,and may delay the progression of diabetic kidney disease by inhibiting the accumulation of extracellular matrix and inhibiting renal fibrosis.
