| Objective:To evaluate the effect of antagonistic acupuncture method on the thickness of anterior tibial muscle and gastrocnemius muscle in patients with lower limb motor dysfunction in the acute stage of cerebral infarction, and use the relevant scale to evaluate the effect of antagonistic acupuncture method on the motor function of the lower extremities.Method:1.Case selection: According to the randomized number table method,60 patients with low extremity motor dysfunction in the acute stage of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 cases each.During the trial,3 cases were removed or shed. The final result was 29 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group completed the trial.2.Basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment: According to the situation of the patients in the experimental group and the control group, the patients were given basic treatment in the acute stage of cerebral infarction, and the rehabilitation therapist in the same group formulates rehabilitation function training in line with the patients’ condition according to the patients’ limb function.Rehabilitation treatment were treated 30 minutes at a time, once a day.3.Acupuncture treatment: The control group used cephaneedle treatment and conventional body acupuncture treatments, the cephaneedle and upper limb acupuncture points in the experimental group were the same as the control group, and the lower limbs were treated with antagonistic acupuncture. The acupuncture treatment were treatment 30 minutes at a time, twice a day.4.Course of treatment: This trial has a total of 4 courses of treatments, each of which is 6 days, and it is closed on Sundays.5.Efficacy evaluation: Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4weeks after treatment, the same doctor gave the lower limb manual muscle test(MMT)rating,Holden functional walking rating(FAC)rating and lower extremity Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation quantitative table(FMA)score; Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment, the same ultrasound doctor measured the thickness of the bilateral anterior tibial muscle and gastrocnemius muscle thickness in the patient’s resting state.6.Statistical method: SPSS20.0 statistical software is used to statistically analyze the experimental data.Results:1.Lower limb MMT rating: Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment, the MMT rating of patients in the experimental group and the control group were compared. The pre-treatment comparison showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed statistical significance.(P<0.05),that is,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The comparison within the group showed that there was a statistical difference between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).2.FAC score: Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment, the FAC scores of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were compared respectively. The pre-treatment comparison showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05),that is,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The comparison within the group showed that there was a statistical difference between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).3.FMA score: Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment, the FMA scores of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were compared respectively. The pre-treatment comparison showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed statistical significance.(P<0.05),that is,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The comparison within the group showed that there was a statistical difference between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).4.Thickness of the anterior tibial muscle in the resting state: Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the thickness of the anterior tibial muscle of the affected side was compared between the experimental group and the control group.Pretreatment comparison shows that the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the experimental group was better than the control group.Intra-group comparison shows that the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the thickness of the anterior tibial muscle of the healthy was compared between the experimental group and the control group.Pretreatment comparison shows that the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the experimental group was better than the control group.Intra-group comparison shows that the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Thickness of gastrocnemius muscle in resting state: Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the thickness of the gastrocnemius muscle of the affected side was compared between the experimental group and the control group.Pretreatment comparison shows that the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the experimental group was better than the control group.Intra-group comparison shows that the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the thickness of the gastrocnemius muscle of the healthy was compared between the experimental group and the control group.Pretreatment significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both antagonistic acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment and conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment can improve the motor function of the lower extremities in the acute stage of cerebral infarction.2.Antagonistic acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment is better than conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment in terms of improving lower extremity muscle strength, walking ability, lower limb motor function, the thickness of the anterior tibial muscle and gastrocnemius muscle. The effect of treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks is better than conventional acupuncture combined rehabilitation treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
