| Objective: In this paper,a comparative study on the motor function of the lower extremities in children with cerebral palsy(spastic hemiplegia)was studied by using the combination of scalp acupuncture combined with somatic sense interactive game on the basis of routine rehabilitation training and routine rehabilitation training. Then the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with somatic sense interactive game was discussed, and a more effective method was found for the treatment of lower extremity motor dysfunction of such children. Methods: Seventy children with cerebral palsy(spastic hemiplegia)hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of our hospital from November 2015 to May 2018 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects. They were numbered according to the order of admission. They were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)by random number table method.Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation classification standards, and meet the following 3 conditions:(1)Age 3-6 years;(2)Gross motor function classification system(GMFCS)was graded as I-II;(3)No cognitive impairment, and they can understand the therapist’s simple instructions and follow the implementation, also the child and Guardian informed consent, and signed an informed consent.Exclusion criteria:(1)Other neurological, muscular and osteoarthrosis diseases that seriously affect the motor function of the lower extremities;(2)Visual or hearing impairment;(3)Rehabilitation training affected by other organ system diseases or systemic diseases of severe severity.Note: All children who conform to any of the three items mentioned above are excluded.During the study,a total of 5 cases fell off, including 1 case in the control group and 4 cases in the observation group. Both the observation group and the control group carried out routine rehabilitation training(kinesiotherapy and occupational therapy),on the basis of which the observation group was combined with the combination of scalp acupuncture and somatic sense interactive game. Both groups of children were treated once a day, five days a week,a total of 12 weeks as a course of treatment. Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, evaluation of gastrocnemius spasm with Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),the D domain and E domain of the 88-item version of the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM-88)were assessed as observational indexes,to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with somatic sense interactive game in the treatment of lower limb motor function in children with cerebral palsy(sputum hemiplegia). Results: There were no significant differences in age, gender, lesion side, and GMFCS classification, treatment evaluation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05)before treatment. The baseline was balanced and comparable.Observation of efficacy indicators:(1)Changes of gastrocnemius muscle tension in MAS: before the treatment, there was no significant difference in gastrocnemius muscle tension between the two groups(P>0.05);after the treatment, both groups of children were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.001);the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of BBS: before the treatment, there was no significant difference in BBS between the two groups(P>0.05);after the treatment, both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.001),the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of D domain and E domain scores of GMFM-88: before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the D domain and E domain scores of GMFM-88 between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, the scores of D domain and E domain were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.001);After the treatment, the scores of the D domain and E domain of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions:(1)The combination of scalp acupuncture and somatic sense interactive game in the treatment of lower limb motor function in children with cerebral palsy(sputum hemiplegia)has a clear effect, and it also improves the muscle tone of the gastrocnemius of the affected side and balance function.(2)The effect of routine rehabilitation training combined with scalp acupuncture combined with somatic sense interactive game in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy(hemiplegia spasmodic)has obvious advantages compared with that of routine rehabilitation training. It provides an advantageous option for the clinical treatment of lower limb motor function in children with cerebral palsy(spastic hemiplegia). |
