| Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of"Bo' s Abdominal on Hemiplegia patients of acute Cerebral Infarction at different stages.Methods:We take the patients as the object of study,which is acute cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.They come from the cerebral disease center of the second attached hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM. According to the Brunnstrom stages,We collected patients with flaccid paralysis and spasms of the 35 cases of patients,and then used the method of simple random,they are divided into two groups namely experimental group (Bo's Abdominal Acupuncture group) and control group(receiving treatment of traditional acupuncture group).For 7 people suspended the treatment.There Were 34 cases in Flaccid paralysis period group(17cases in experimental group and 17 cases in control group),there were 29 cases in spasticity Period group(15cases in experimental group and 14 cases in control group).The value of NIHSS,Fugl—Meyer function on movement,BI,and the value of SS-QOL were observed.Results:1.Therapeutic Effects of NIHSS valueThere were no significant differences in NIHSS between the Flaccid paralysis period groups and spasticity Period groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05).But the margin value of NIHSS of the Flaccid paralysis period groups(the value before treatment subtract the value after treatment) showed significant fference(P＜0.05),which indicated that the Flaccid paralysis period treatment group is more effective in decreasing the level of neurological function impairment.2.BI Index Comparison of treatment before and after treatment and difference before and after treatment,patients with flaccid paralysis and spasticity of patients with activities of daily living(BI index) score differences were not significant(P＞0.05),flaccid paralysis and spasticity in patients with a view to compared with the group before and aftertreatment,the differences were significant(P＜0.05),This shows that patients in both periods than the pre-treatment activities of daily living are improved,but the period of flaccid paralysis with spasticity was no significant difference between the effect.3.Comparison of the Fugl—Meyer function Index(FMMS) on MovementThe same group before and after treatment compared to flaccid paralysis and spasticity in patients with a view of the limb motor function score were significant(P＜0.05),inter-group comparison,the flaccid paralysis period and after treatment in patients with spasticity of limb motor function score were no significant(P＞0.05),but patients with flaccid paralysis of the difference before and after the treatment group compared to prompt significant (P＜0.05),that period of flaccid paralysis of abdominal acupuncture therapy used to improve motor function superior to the traditional body-acupuncture therapy4.Value of the Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL) MeasureFlaccid paralysis patients and patients with spasticity,respectively, before treatment,after treatment and the incidence of 3 months when the comparison group,there was no significant difference significance(P＞0.05); flaccid paralysis and spasticity in patients with a view to the same group before treatment with after treatment,the incidence at 3 months were compared, the differences were significant(P＜0.05),but after treatment and compared the incidence of 3 months,there were no significant differences in meaning(P＞0.05),indicating a view to flaccid paralysis and spasms in patients with a view to the treatment group than the quality of life were increased before treatment,but no significant difference between the control group.Conclusions:"Bo's Abdominal Acupuncture"for the treatment of acute flaccid paralysis in patients with cerebral hemiplegia period limb motor function recovery have better clinical results,mainly in the reduction of neurological deficits and improve motor function of the affected limb,but the ability to improve the daily lives and improve the quality of life aspects with the traditional acupuncture group was no significant difference,it is worth further study. |
