Clinical Study Of Zhidong Decoction For Treating Children With Tourette Syndromr(Spleen Deficiency And Liver Hyperactivity Type)

Purpose:This subject is through the clinical observation,in Zhidong Decoction on children with Tourette syndromr(Spleen Deficiency and liver Hyperactivity type)the clinical curative effect of making scientific and objective evaluation,provide a effective treatment method for clinical practice.Method: Methods from the first clinical college of Jilin Province Academy of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient pediatric multiple Tourette syndromr in children,of TCM belongs to the insufficiency of the spleen and liver vigorous,with soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,phlegm wind method,Zhidong Decoction carries on the curative effect observation.Result: The statistical Zhidong Decoction in the treatment of children with multiple Tourette syndromr(Spleen Deficiency and liver Hyperactivity type)patients,5 cases were cured,effective in 22 cases,effective in 6 cases,3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 91.67%,the tic symptoms were relieved,and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: Zhidong Decoction in the treatment of children with multiple Tourette syndromr(Spleen Deficiency and liver Hyperactivity type)clinical curative effect and safe,durable,fully develop the advantages of Chinese medicine,offers a new thinking and effective drug for the clinical treatment of the disease,it is worth further promotion.
