Objective: To treat 90 children with tic disorder(yin deficiency and wind movement type)through health education combined with Diguizhijing Decoction,to evaluate its clinical efficacy and recurrence,so as to provide a new treatment plan and medication reference for the treatment of tic disorder. Methods: In accordance with the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,90 children with tic disorder(yin deficiency and wind movement type)were randomly divided into treatment group 1(n = 30),treatment group 2(n= 30)and control group(n = 30).Treatment group 1 was given health education combined with Diguizhijing Decoction, treatment group 2 was given Diguizhijing Decoction, and the control group was given Jingling Oral Liquid. The course of treatment is 3 months. After one course of treatment, the three groups of YGTSS scale points and TCM syndrome scale points decrease are observed to evaluate the efficacy of the three groups. Results:The feasibility of the scores of YGTSS scale and TCM syndrome scale before treatment was analyzed in terms of sex, age, course of disease and TCM syndrome scale of the three groups. The results were all P > 0.05,which was comparable; There were significant differences in the scores of YGTSS scale and TCM syndrome scale among the three groups before and after treatment, indicating that the treatment methods of the three groups were effective for the improvement of the above scores. The comparison of the three groups of YGTSS scale points and TCM syndrome scale points before and after treatment, the differences are statistically significant, indicating that the three groups of treatment methods are effective in improving the above points; After treatment, the three groups of YGTSS scale scores,TCM syndrome scale scores, motor tic scores, defect degree scores, and main symptom scores were compared. The treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of above scores in treatment group 1 was the best;Compared with the treatment of vocal tics, the curative effect of treatment group 1 was similar to that of treatment group 2(P > 0.05),and both groups are better than the control group(P<0.05);second symptom Compared with treatment, treatment group 1 is better than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment group 1 is 93.33%,the total effective rate of treatment group 2 is 86.67%,and the total effective rate of control group is 66.67%.The difference between the three groups is significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2 and control group;During the follow-up for 3 months, the recurrence rate of treatment group 1 was 3.33%,the recurrence rate of treatment group 2 was 13.33%,and that of the control group was40.005%.The recurrence rate of treatment group 1 was significantly lower than that of the other two groups. Conclusions: This clinical study shows that health education combined with Diguizhijing Decoction is significantly better than oral Diguizhijing Decoction and Jingling oral liquid in children with tic disorder(yin deficiency and wind movement type). It was found through follow-up that,After the treatment of health education combined with Diguizhijing Decoction, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the other two groups. Therefore,it shows that the health education combined with Diguizhijing Decoction has a clear curative effect on the treatment of yin deficiency and wind-type tic disorder in children, and it is worthy of clinical application.
