Clinical Observation Of Huaban Yurong Decoction Combined With Facial Scraping Therapy In The Treatment Of Chloasma

Objective:.This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Huaban Yurong Decoction combined with facial scraping in the treatment of chloasma by comparing with Jingtian Quban capsule.Methods:A total of 80 patients with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis chloasma were selected in dermatology clinic and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group.The control group received Jingtian Quban capsule orally,twice a day,4 capsules a time,for 8 weeks.The treatment group took hubanyurong decoction combined with facial scraping.A course of treatment lasts for 4 weeks for a total of 8 weeks.Data analysis of plaque area,plaque color,clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score were conducted before treatment,at the 4th and 8th week of treatment,and safety evaluation was conducted at last.Results:1.In this study,80 cases of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis chloasma were included according to the standard and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,1 patient fell off,a total of 39 patients.In the control group,there were 2 cases of detachment,38 cases in total.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the observation indexes of the two groups before treatment,such as age,disease course,skin lesion area,skin lesion color,etc.,that is,P >0.05,indicating comparability.2.Comparison of the overall effective rate of the two groups of patients:the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 71.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of observation indicators between the two groups: After 8weeks of treatment,the plaque area,plaque color,life index score,single and total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups all decreased,and the decrease degree in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Safety evaluation: there were 3 cases of minor adverse reactions in 2groups,which had no adverse effect on the clinical trial,and the laboratory examination indexes of patients in 2 groups before and after the trial were within the normal range,suggesting high drug safety in both groups.Conclusion:1.Huaban Yurong Decoction combined with facial scraping can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis chloasma.2.Huaban Yurong Decoction combined with facial scraping is a safe and effective method for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma.
