Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chloasma Of Liver Depression And Blood Stasis Type By Acupuncture And Cupping At Beishu Point

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and cupping at Beishu point in the treatment of chloasma of liver depression and blood stasis type.Methods:72 patients with chloasma of liver stagnation and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the acupuncture and moxibustion consulting room 8 of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group and the control group selected Ashi point on the back and bilateral Feishu,Geshu,Ganshu,Pishu and Shenshu.Treatment group: 36 cases were treated with acupuncture and cupping at Beishu point for 10 ～ 15 minutes.If the amount of bleeding was large,the cupping was started early and treated once every other day for eight weeks.Control group: a total of 36 cases were treated with filiform acupuncture.The needle was kept for 30 minutes six times a week for eight weeks.Record the color and area of chloasma and the score of qi stagnation and blood stasis scale before and after treatment,and evaluate the curative effect,so as to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping at Beishu point on chloasma(liver depression and blood stasis type).Results:1.The symptoms of Chloasma in both groups improved significantly before and after treatment.According to the scores of the treatment group before and after treatment,with extremely significant statistical difference.The scores of the control group before and after treatment were compared,with extremely significant statistical difference.The chloasma color scores of the two groups were comparable without statistical difference before treatment,and there was a very significant statistical difference after treatment(P < 0.05).2.The symptoms of the two groups improved significantly before and after treatment.According to the scores of the treatment group before and after treatmen,with extremely significant statistical difference.The scores of the control group before and after treatment were significantly different.Comparing the scores of chloasma area between the two groups,there was no significant difference before treatment,which was comparable,and there was significant difference after treatment(P < 0.05).3.According to the score of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,the performance of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine was greatly improved before and after treatment.The scores of the treatment group before and after treatment were compared,with statistical difference.The scores of the control group before and after treatment were compared,with statistical difference.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,which was comparable.After treatment,there was a very significant statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions:1.Pricking collaterals,bloodletting and cupping at Beishu point can ameliorate the symptoms of chloasma and TCM symptoms of patients with liver depression and blood stasis type chloasma with effect,and the effect is better than filiform needle acupuncture,and the curative effect is more stable and lasting.2.The treatment of liver depression and blood stasis type chloasma by pricking collaterals,bleeding and cupping at Beishu point has less adverse reactions,and the method is safe and effective.
