Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Long Pulse Width 755&1064nm Laser Combined With Taohong Siwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chloasma Due To Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective:Combination therapy is currently recommended for the treatment of melasma at home and abroad,rather than single use,in order to improve the therapeutic effect and delay the recurrence.The understanding of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine has a history of thousands of years.Based on the understanding of traditional ancient books,modern physicians believe that the stagnation of qi and blood or the inability of qi and blood to stagnate on the face is the key pathogenesis of chloasma.,he put forward the theory that "there must be blood stasis in half,and no blood stasis will form spots",and believes that the "stasis" of chloasma is the stagnation of qi and blood in the skin and the veins.Therefore,based on the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on qi stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma,this project intends to take Taohong Siwu decoction combined with long pulse width 755&1064nm laser to treat patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma.The macular area and severity index(MASI)score,physician’s global assessment(PGA)and VISIA image analysis were used to explore the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with long pulse width 755&1064nm laser in the treatment of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma who visited Nanjing Soft Light Medical Beauty Clinic from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and In the control group,there were 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given oral Taohong Siwu decoction combined with long pulse width 755&1064nm laser therapy.The patients in the control group were treated with long pulse width 755&1064nm laser alone,and the patients in the two groups were treated for 3 months.The acne melasma area and severity index(MASI)score,physician’s global assessment(PGA),VISIA measurement score and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result:At 1 month of treatment,there was no significant difference in MASI scores between the two groups compared with before treatment in the same group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 and 3 months of treatment,the MASI scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those of the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the MASI scores of the treatment group improved Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 1 month of treatment,there was no significant difference in the PGA score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 months and 3 months of treatment,the PGA scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with that at 1 month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that at 2 months and 3 months of treatment,the PGA score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,2 cases of patients in the treatment group were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total clinical effective rate of 86.6%.In the control group,1 case was cured,16 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 70%.Conclusion:In this study,long-pulse width 755&1064nm laser combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction was used to treat patients with chloasma due to qi stagnation and blood stasis.From the results of the study,it was found that at the end of 3 months of treatment,long pulse width 755&1064nm laser combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction could significantly improve Qi stagnation.MASI score,PGA score and VISIA measurement score in patients with chloasma with blood stasis,so as to achieve the purpose of treating chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but there was no statistical difference.
