Theoretical Study On The Phenology Of Yellow Disease In Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun

Chao Yuanfang and other traditional Chinese medical(TCM)practitioners,under the purview of the compilation of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun is a special book on the pathogenesis and symptoms of diseases,the book on the discussion of yellow disease is quite abundant,and lists a special volume of yellow disease syndrome,a summary of yellow diseases,which considers yellow disease as a volume of the volume name.This paper aims to study the name,etiology,symptoms and different kinds of yellow diseases.Research purposes: This paper intends to make full use of the classical thoughts of TCM and modern journal literature to sort out the part about yellow disease,discuss the understanding of yellow disease in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,and clarify the context of the understanding of yellow disease,and what enlightenment it has for the later generations.Based on the analysis of the understanding of yellow disease in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,this paper discusses the diagnosis and classification system of diseases represented by pathogenesis in TCM.Research methods and historical sources: Taking the study of jaundice as the main line,the development and evolution of jaundice were investigated through the existing literature and related medical history data of relevant ancient traditional Chinese medicine books.With jaundice,yellow disease,eyes yellow,yellow,peach branch and other key words,using the Chinese Medical Code to retrieve the full text of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,and analyze the related discussion of jaundice,in order to summarize the discussion of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun of jaundice.Research content: Discussing the development source and flow of yellow disease;To discuss the understanding of yellow disease of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and syndrome;The understanding of yellow disease in this book inherits the thoughts of former doctors and it affects the treatment of yellow disease.Research conclusion: Many innovative viewpoints on the related syndromas of yellow disease were expounded in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,and the concepts of acute jaundice,Yin jaundice,fetal jaundice and drug-induced jaundice were put forward for the first time.It is pointed out that yellowing has the difference of "tangerine" and "peach branch" and open the treatment of icteric points Yin and Yang precedent.In this paper,yellow disease and jaundice appear simultaneously.Yellow disease is a general concept,and jaundice is a narrow concept.Yellow disease contains more than jaundice,jaundice is an important part of yellow disease.In addition,Bao Dan is a unique type of yellow disease in Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,which is rarely mentioned in later generations.In the symptoms of yellow disease,Bao refers specifically to the bladder.
