Based On Literature Research On The Experience Of Masters Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Jaundice

Objective:To summarize the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine masters in the treatment of jaundice in syndrome differentiation and medication,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods: Collect the medical records of the masters of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of jaundice,collect the symptoms,tongue,syndrome,Chinese medicine and other information in the medical records,standardize the text content,convert them into data information,and establish data tables.Use the Excel Pivot Table function in WPS Office 6.2software to analyze the frequency of symptoms,tongue,syndrome,Chinese medicine,etc.;use Weka 3.8 software to analyze the association rules of medicines.Results:A total of 107 medical records from 26 masters of Chinese medicine were collected,204 consultations in total,and 204 effective prescriptions were obtained.(1)Frequency analysis of symptoms and signs: 70 symptoms and signs appeared in the first diagnosis of the medical case,with a total of 792 times.The main symptoms and signs are yellow eyes(91 times),yellow urine(70times),yellow body(68 times),etc.;symptoms with solid heat include dry stools(32 times),fever(26 times),and bitter mouth(25 Times),dry mouth(23 times),a total of 106 times;symptoms with spleen deficiency are fatigue(44 times),loose stools(23 times),dull complexion(19 times),weight loss(13 times),a total of 99 times.(2)Tongue pulse frequency analysis: The tongue veins were recorded in 170 diagnosis times,and there were 24 types of tongue quality and tongue fur with a total of 451 frequency;12 kinds of pulses with a total of295 frequency.Tongue color is more common with red tongue(48 times),dark red tongue(23 times),purple tongue(17 times),and light red tongue(15 times);tongue shape is fat and fat(16 times)There are tooth marks on the tongue(9 times);the tongue fur is more common with greasy fur(86times),yellow fur(80 times),thin fur(57 times)and white fur(42 times).Pulses are more common in pulse string(84 times),pulse number(49 times),pulse slip(49 times),pulse fineness(47 times)and pulse slowness(26times);the total frequency of tongue and pulse images reflecting the actual heat syndrome is 177 A total of 135 times of tongue and pulse images reflecting wet syndrome;142 times of tongue and pulse images reflecting spleen deficiency syndrome;40 times of tongue and pulse images reflecting blood stasis syndrome.(3)Frequency analysis of syndromes: There were 15 syndromes in the first diagnosis of 107 cases,with a frequency of 219 times.Among them,damp heat(73 times),blood stasis(42 times),stagnation(34 times)and spleen deficiency(29 times)are more common.(4)Analysis of drug frequency: A total of 252 drugs appeared in 204 prescriptions,with a frequency of 2727 times.The main drugs are Yinchen(165 times),turmeric(89 times),Poria(88 times),rhubarb(78 times),Atractylodes(76 times),licorice(71 times),gardenia(57 times),Bupleurum(54times),Polyporus(52 times),Magnolia officinalis(51 times),Lysimachia(47 times),Red Peony(43 times),Orange Peel(43 times)and Scutellaria(41 times).(5)Analysis of the drug’s medicinal properties,taste,normalization and category frequency: analysis of drugs with a proportion of more than5%,a total of 68 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 2106 times.(1)In terms of medicinal properties,there are 32 cold medicines with a total of 1116 times;20 warming medicines with a total of 526 times;10medicinal medicines with a total of 350 times;5 cold medicines with a total of 102 times;and 1 hot medicine with a total of 12 times.(2)In terms of medicine taste,there are 37 kinds of bitter medicines,a total of 1,308 times;31 kinds of sweet medicines,a total of 868 times;25 kinds of spicy medicines,a total of 836 times;7 kinds of light medicines,a total of 252times;5 kinds of sour medicines,a total of 130 times;salty There are 3kinds of flavor medicine,a total of 75 times.(3)In terms of menstruation,the drugs are mainly spleen,stomach,liver and lung meridian.There are 33 medicines with Guipi spleen,1162 times in total;33 medicines with stomach meridian,1082 times in total;31 medicines with Guigan meridian,1003 times in total;28 medicines with Guifei meridian,875 in total Times.(4)In terms of drug categories,qi-invigorating medicines,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicines,humidifying medicines,and digestive medicines are the main ones.There are 13 kinds of water wetting medicines,a total of 547 times;15 kinds of heat-clearing medicines,a total of 406 times;5 kinds of Qi-invigorating and spleen-invigorating medicines,a total of 217 times;8 kinds of Qi-invigorating medicines,a total of 187 times;174 times;5 kinds of anti-wetting drugs,a total of 154times;5 kinds of digestive drugs,a total of 100 times.(6)Analysis of association rules: Analysis of 204 prescriptions and the conclusion of nine commonly used Chinese medicine combinations,turmeric Atractylodes macrocephala-Glycyrrhiza-Poria,Atractylodes macrocephala Licorice-Poria,turmeric-Gardenia-Yinchen,turmeric-Houpu-Yinchen,Rhubarb-Garden-Yinchen,Turmeric-Rhubarb-Yinchen,Rhubarb-HoupuYinchen,Gardenia-Yinchen,Rhubarb-Yinchen.Conclusion:(1)Jaundice is mainly caused by urinary yellow of the body,and gastrointestinal symptoms such as anorexia,abdominal distension,and abnormal stool are concurrent symptoms.Tongue and pulse like red tongue,yellow fur,greasy fur,and pulse string are the most common.(2)Damp-heat syndrome is the main cause of jaundice;syndromes of deficiency and solidness are not uncommon.Damp-heat syndrome is still the main cause,with spleen deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation,etc.(3)The master of traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to clearing away heat and dampness while treating jaundice,but does not forget to care for the spleen and stomach,and qi and blood circulation.Commonly used heat and dampness medicine combination is YinchenGardenia-Rhubarb,spleen-invigorating and qi-invigorating medicine combination is Poria-Atractylodes macrocephala-licorice,and qi-activating blood circulation medicine combination is turmeric-Houpu.From this we can draw the basic prescriptions: Yinchen,Gardenia,Rhubarb,Turmeric,Magnolia,Poria,Atractylodes,Licorice.
