Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified allergic Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome, and to provide theoretical basis for its effectiveness.Methods:60 cases of allergic rhinitis children with lung qi deficiency cold syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with modified allergic decoction, and the control group was treated with montelukast sodium,14 days as a cycle, two consecutive cycles. The scores of main symptoms, such as nasal itching, sneezing, nasal obstruction, runny nose, and secondary symptoms, such as shortness of breath, lazy speech, susceptibility, spontaneous sweating, and cough were recorded. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, main symptoms, secondary symptoms, and total scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Analysis of main symptoms:the treatment group and the control group had therapeutic effects on the main symptoms and the whole(P<0.05),and the improvement of nasal itching and sneezing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),there was no difference in the improvement of nasal congestion and runny nose between the two groups(P>0.05),and the improvement of the overall main symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Analysis of secondary symptoms:the treatment group had treatment effect on the secondary symptoms and the whole(P<0.05),the control group had treatment effect on shortness of breath, lazy speech, susceptibility, cough and secondary symptoms(P<0.05),and there was no significant improvement on self sweating symptoms(P>0.05).The treatment group had better treatment effect on susceptibility and self sweating than the control group(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the improvement of cough between the two groups(P>0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Overall analysis:the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Curative effect analysis:the total effective rate of modified allergic Decoction group was 100%,in which the markedly effective rate was 73.33%,the effective rate was 26.67%,and the ineffective rate was 0.00%.The total effective rate of montelukast sodium group was 93.33%,in which the markedly effective rate was 46.67%,the effective rate was 46.67%,and the ineffective rate was 0.07%.Both groups were effective, and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate(P>0.05).5.Analysis of adverse reactions:the incidence of adverse reactions in the modified allergic Decoction group was 0.00%,and that in the montelukast sodium group was 13.33%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified allergic decoction is effective in treating children with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency cold syndrome. It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children, and has no obvious adverse reactions. The effect is better than montelukast sodium, and has good clinical application value.
