Study On Professor Ma Jun’s Experience Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining Of Tcm Inheritance Assist Platform

Objective: To use data mining technology to excavate the clinical medication characteristics and differentiation rule of TCM professor Ma Jun in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and to explore Professor Ma Jun’s academic thought in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and to inherit Professor Ma’s clinical characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: in the second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university clinics,in December 2019 to June 2020,by way of clinic with appointment,collected by the professor to make a diagnosis and give treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis clinical medical record,and then get the medical record by the normalized processing,input "inheritance auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine"(V2.5),screening and analysis of clinical data,and discuss the mining results,summarize professor ma clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis regularity of syndrome differentiation thinking,medication and academic thoughts.Results: The data of 87 cases of medical records were collected and analyzed.The results are as follows: 1.According to the frequency of occurrence from high to low,the main TCM syndromes are: liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome,liver and stomach heat stagnation syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome.2.According to the occurrence frequency from high to low,the top 10 drugs in occurrence frequency were: licorice,Pinellia pinellia,Radix Paeoniae Radix,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Amomum kernel,Radix Scutellariae,Tangerine peel,Rhizoma Rhizoma,Radix Paeoniae Radix,Fructus Aurantii.3.There are 4 pairs of medicine commonly used: Pinellia pinellia-tangerine peel,Pinellia pinellia-scutellaria,Radix Paeoniae Paeonia-Licorice,Radix Atractylodes Atractylodes-Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae.4.There are 3 groups of commonly used drug combinations: Pinellia pinellia-tangerine peel-licorice,Pinellia pinellia-scutellaria-licorice,Pinellia pinellia-Atractylodonis-licorice.5.Core prescription 1,its composition: radix pseudostellariae,atractylodes,tuckahoe,liquorice,dried tangerine or orange peel,pinellia,rhizoma coptidis,radix scutellariae,radix aucklandiae,amomum fruit,white cardamom,orange,red paeony root,radix paeoniae alba.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the research results obtained from the system,the law of diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by Professor Ma Jun is summarized.The results are as follows: 1.Professor Ma believes that the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is "the deficiency of the original and the deficiency of the spleen and the deficiency of the spleen and the deficiency of the stomach,resulting in Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm and dampness and other standardized products,and the occurrence of epigastric pain,puff-man and other diseases.2.Professor Ma is good at identifying and treating chronic atrophic gastritis,and is good at grasping the pathogenesis,integrating pulse and syndrome,understanding the main symptoms,and taking measures for the three causes;3.In terms of medication,Professor Ma made good use of classical prescription.Through evidence examination and cause investigation,he took invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,smoothing liver and stomach,regulating cold and heat,dryness and dampness and stomach as the treatment methods,and treated this disease by clever and flexible medication.4.The core prescriptions obtained are "deficiency of spleen and stomach qi","disharmony between liver and stomach",and "mixed cold and heat".Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis often have epigastric distension,middle coke qi is not smooth,cold and heat mixed with Pinellia Xiexin Decoction to regulate cold and heat,and stomach dispelling pinitis;If patients with poor tolerance,limb fatigue with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency to Sijun,Xiangsha Liujunzi soup type Qi invigorating spleen;If the mouth is sticky,disgusting phlegm dampness in the resistance of the more to flat stomach powder dryness and stomach;For those with frequent belching,irritability,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,Sini Powder,Chaihu Shugan Powder and spleen and stomach combined with liver qi were used.
