| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of reinforcing and reducing balance manipulation under the guidance of six meridian differentiation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.MethodsThe cases in this study came from the inpatient department of the Fifth Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Jiangxi Medical University. The case collection time was from December 2020 to December2021.A total of 72 patients with cervical spondylosis who m et the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were included in t he study..According to the random number table, they were divided into36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the treatment group.Finally,2 cases were excluded, and 35 cases in the control group and the treatment group were actually completed.Results1.Statistical analysis was performed on the baseline data of the two groups of patients. The enumeration data was analyzed by the chi-square test, and the measurement data was analyzed by the t test. The obtained P values were all >0.05.The six meridian types of the two groups of patients were tested test(x=0.316,P=0.997),indicating that there was no difference in the six meridian types of the two groups of patients, and they were comparable.2.In group of thirty-five patients,14 were cured,16 were significantly effective,3 were effective, and 2 were ineffective, for an overall effective rate of approximately 94.3 percent. In the control group of 35 patients,9 were cured,11 were significantly effective,9were effective, and 6 were ineffective, for an overall effective rate of approximately 82.9 percent. The two groups were treated with rank sum test,z=-2.227,p = 0.025(p < 0.05).3.The VAS and NDI scores of the two groups of patients intervention were analyzed in the group. The scores of the two groups of patients intervention were significantly improved(P < 0.05),indicating that both massage techniques improve the quality. The two groups of patients before and after treatment of VAS,NDI total score do group comparison, before treatment of the two groups of patients VAS score NDI total score(p > 0.05),comparable,after treatment of VAS score,NDI total score, daily activities and other detailed score comparison is statistically significant(p < 0.05),NDI total score, daily activities and other detailed scores between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the reinforcing and reducing balance manipulation based on six meridians syndrome differentiation in the experimental group was better than the conventional massage in the control group in improving cervical pain and function.4.Between the experimental group and the control group, using two independent samples T to test the scores of flexion, extension, left and right lateral flexion and left and right rotation of the patients in the two groups and comparing,P>0.05.The difference in joint activity range before treatment between the two groups. The scores of anterior flexion, posterior extension, left and right lateral flexion and left and right rotation in the experimental group and the control group were compared in the group,P<0.05,indicating that manipulations in the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the mobility of cervical vertebra.Conclusions:1.Both the six-dialectical laxative balancing technique and the conventional massage technique can help the symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis.2.The six-dialectical laxative balancing method has better efficacy than conventional tuina in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and has better prospects in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. |
