Objective To observe the clinical curative effeet that supplementing qi and nourishing yin reducing phlegm and dredging meridians method treating coronary disease with type 2 diabetes after PCI.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.One was the control group which had 40 cases treated with western drug,another was the treatment group which had 40 cases treated with supplementing qi and nourishing yin reducing phlegm and dredging meridians method and western drug,the supplementing qi and nourishing yin reducing phlegm and dredging meridians method decoction, taken by water, a dose per day,bid, six months for a period of treatment. To observe pretreatment and post-treatment the change of syndrome of Traditional Chinese, angina pectoris,Electrocardiogram, Type B brain natriuretic peptide, Cardiac troponin I, Fibrinogen,Hypersensitive C-reactive protein and Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction frame count level between the treatment group and the control group.Result The total effective rate on Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment group was obviously higer than the control group(P<0.05). And the treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating the angina pectori(P<0.05). In improving ECG, comparison group did not differ much from treatment group(P>0.05). Compared with pretreatment, Serum BNP, c Tn I, FIB, hs-CRP level decreased in comparison group and treatment group after treatment(P<0.01 、P<0.05), but the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.01、P<0.05). And the treatment group was superior to the control group in the Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction frame count(P<0.05). During the period of the clinical study, there was not adverse events, adverse reaction and abnormal change related to drug treatment.Conclusions The supplementing qi and nourishing yin reducing phlegm and dredging meridians method can improve the syndrome of Traditional Chinese, alleviate the angina pectoris and make the serum BNP、c Tn I、FIB、hs-CRP level decreased、shortened the Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction frame count.
