Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of cervical spondylosis with the method of replenishing and reducing the balance based on the treatment of syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine. Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,82 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the Fifth Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,of which 40 were in the treatment group and 42 were in the control group. There were 2 cases in the control group, and 40 people in the control group and 40 people in the treatment group were actually completed. The two groups of patients were classified according to the"Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards of TCM Diseases",the treatment group was treated with the balancing technique of replenishing and reducing according to different syndrome types, and the control group was treated with conventional tuina techniques(edited by Yu Tianyuan,"Tuina"neck type Cervical spondylosis treatment techniques)for treatment, syndrome differentiation without type treatment. The treatment times of the two groups of patients were 2 times a day, with 7 days as a course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment.Collect the VAS scores and NDI scores of patients with cervical spondylosis before and after treatment, and observe the range of motion of the cervical spine before and after treatment, and compare the groups within and between groups, and make statistical judgments of clinical efficacy based on the scores.Results:1.The baseline data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed, and it was found that P>0.05 in terms of age, weight, height, and disease course. The baseline data of the two groups of patients were relatively balanced and comparable. The distribution of TCM syndrome types of the two groups of patients was compared by the R*C column chi-square test, and the resultχ~2 value was 0.139,P=0.998(P>0.05).The difference in the distribution of syndrome types between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant.2.In the treatment group, the overall effective rate was 97.5%,22patients were cured,17 patients were improved, and 1 patient was not cured. In the control group, the overall effective rate was 92.5%,13 patients were cured,24 patients were improved, and 3 patients were not cured. The efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed by rank sum test,Z=-2.106,P=0.035(P<0.05),indicating that the overall effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.The T-test showed that the P values of total NDI score and VAS score in the two groups before and after treatment were all<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.VAS score and NDI total score between the two groups before treatment were compared by t test of two independent samples, and P values of both groups were>0.05,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the total NDI score and VAS score between the two groups were compared using t test, with P values<0.05,the differences were statistically significant.4.The NDI scoring rules of patients with cervical spondylosis are divided into three parts. The first part is the three scores of pain, headache, and sleep. The second part is two scores for the ability to concentrate and read. The third part of the project is to score other daily activities such as lifting heavy objects, driving, and working.A statistical analysis of the test results showed that the comparison between the treatment group and the control group in the three parts of the score before treatment were compared by two independent samples t-test,and it was found that the P values were all>0.05,indicating that the efficacy scores of the two groups of patients before treatment The difference between the groups was not statistically significant.A paired t test was used to compare the scores of each part of the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment, and it was found that the P values were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the scores of each part of the two groups after treatment,it was found that the P value of the compensation and reduction balance technique in the pain degree, headache, sleep, concentration, and reading scores were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance, and the comparison between the two groups of scoring groups in terms of daily life activities has a P value>0.05,and the difference is not statistically significant.5.By comparing two groups of patients experienced found that two groups of patients before treatment after forward bends, stretching and left lateral flexion and rotation around the comparison between group adopts two independent samples t test, found that the P values>0.05,shows differences of two groups of patients before treatment of joint range without statistical significance, both groups were comparable. The scores of flexion, extension, flexion and rotation activity in the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the two groups, and the P values were all<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the scores of cervical anterior flexion, posterior extension, left and right lateral flexion and left and right rotation in 2 groups were compared between groups, and the calculated P values were all<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Both the method of replenishing and reducing the balance based on TCM syndrome differentiation and conventional massage are effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and both can effectively reduce the patient’s pain and improve the patient’s cervical spine movement function.2.The method of replenishing and reducing the balance based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of cervical spondylosis is superior to conventional massage in terms of relieving pain and improving mobility.3.The replenishing and reducing balance method based on TCM syndrome differentiation is better than conventional methods in improving sleep symptoms, promoting concentration, and improving reading and learning ability. The two treatments have the same effect in enhancing the ability to lift heavy objects, work and drive.
