| Objective:A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to observe the effect of Tilaqiandou manipulation on the physiological curvature,visual analogue score(VAS)and symptom score of cervical spondylosis in cervical spondylosis patients.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with cervical spondylosis with abnormal cervical curvature were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group,the treatment group was treated with conventional massage combined with Tilaqiandou manipulation,the control group was treated with conventional massage manipulation,the two groups were treated once every other day,5 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The VAS score,symptom score and physiological curvature of cervical vertebra were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the SPSS22.0 version was used for statistics and observation.Clinical effect of Tilaqiandou manipulation on abnormal cervical curvature in cervical spondylosis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,VAS score,cervical spondylosis symptom score,cervical vertebrae physiological curvature between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the symptom score of cervical spondylosis was significantly higher than that before treatment.In the group comparison,the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.05)not statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The cervical vertebrae physiological curvature in the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,but the increase degree in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,in the aspect of cervical vertebrae physiological curvature,30 cases in the treatment group cured 6 cases(20.00%),improved 23 cases(76.67%),ineffective 1 case(3.33%),total effective rate 96.67%;30 cases in the control group cured0 cases(0.00%),improved 26 cases(86.67%),ineffective 4 cases(13.33%),total effective rate 86.67%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In terms of clinical efficacy,30 cases in the treatment group were cured in 8 cases(26.67%),improved in 21cases(70.00%),and ineffective in 1 case(3.33%),the total effective rate was 96.67%;in the control group,30 cases were cured 7 cases(23.33%),improved 21 cases(70.00%),ineffective 2 cases(6.67%),total effective rate 93.33%,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.5.Clinical safety analysis: no adverse reaction was found under the existing experimental conditions of Tilaqiandou manipulation combined with conventional massage manipulation.Conclusion:1.Conventional massage manipulation combined with Tilaqiandou manipulation and simple routine massage manipulation were effective in treating abnormal cervical curvature in patients with cervical spondylosis,conventional massage manipulationcombined with Tilaqiandou manipulation significantly improved the physiological curvature of cervical spine than conventional massage manipulation.2.Routine massage manipulation combined with Tilaqiandou manipulation and simple routine massage manipulation can significantly improve the VAS score of patients with cervical spondylosis,cervical spondylosis symptom score,the two treatment options are similar in the near future.3.Tilaqiandou manipulation can effectively improve the cervical spine physiological curvature of patients with cervical spondylosis,which is worthy of clinical application. |
