Discusses The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Xikui In The Treatment For Renal Edema Based On The Theory Of "Adverse Blood Is Water"

Objective:Based on the theory of "adverse blood is water",this paper summarizes the medication characteristics of Professor Zhang Xikui’s prescription for the treatment of renal edema,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Method:The system collected the medical records of patients with renal edema treated in the national medical Hall of Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine and the second people’s Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2017 to December 2021,screened the medical record information of 200 visits that met the requirements according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,established Professor Zhang Xikui ’s prescription database for the treatment of the disease by using Excel,and analyzed the frequency of sexual taste,menstruation and efficacy,Then,IBM SPSS Modeler 18 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software are used to implement association rules and cluster analysis respectively.Results:1.This study included 200 prescriptions,a total of 137 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2656 times.There were 59 medicines with a frequency of no less than 5%.It should be a common medicine for tutors to treat renal edema based on "blood is unfavorable,it is water".2.Properties of commonly used drugs: cold drugs are the most used of the four Qi,sweet ones are the most used of the five flavors,and most of them enter the spleen and kidney.There are 17 kinds of drug efficacy,of which tonifying deficiency drugs rank first with a frequency of 26.88%,and other drugs with a frequency of more than7% belong to diuretic and dampness permeable drugs(18.71%),dietetic drugs(10.47%)and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(7.38%).3.Based on the theory of "if blood is unfavorable,it is water",excavate the drugs of Qi,blood and water commonly used by tutors.There are three kinds of blood treatment: harmonizing blood,promoting blood circulation and breaking blood.Blood circulation is subdivided into three categories: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and dispersing knot,and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals;Those who treat water can study the medicine for promoting water and dampness,represented by Poria cocos,Alisma orientalis and plantain seeds;Qi can be treated by Tonifying Qi and regulating qi,such as Astragalus membranaceus,tangerine peel,etc.4.In terms of prescription compatibility,the commonly used drug combinations are: Valley bud malt,Eclipta Ligustrum lucidum,bupleurum Scutellaria,Panax notoginseng citronella root,hawthorn Tingli seed,etc;There are six core prescriptions:(1)Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,aconite,malt,plantain seed,Polyporus umbellatus,motherwort,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Shiwei,lingxiaohua,(2)Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Eclipta Eclipta,malt,Ligustrum lucidum,millet bud,Dendrobium,tangerine peel,Panax notoginseng,Achyranthes bidentata,mulberry parasitism,white grass root,Eupatorium adenophorum,(3)Astragalus membranaceus,fresh bark,Dendrobium,motherwort,oyster,Rehmannia glutinosa,yam,Cornus,cicada molting,rehmannia,dodder,(4)Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Rhizoma Coptidis,white fresh skin,Eclipta,Ligustrum lucidum,Euryale ferox,Polyporus umbellatus,oyster,Achyranthes bidentata,Pueraria,Caulis Spatholobi,Golden Cherry,coix seed,polygonatum flavescens,(5)Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Rhizoma alismatis,rhubarb,motherwort,bark of the abdomen,Monascus,Pinellia ternata,Eupatorium Adenophora,cassia twig,Fructus aurantii,Scutellaria baicalensis,(6)Astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Poria,Rhizoma alismatis,aconite,Rhizoma Rhei,malt,bud,Dendrobium,oyster,hawthorn Big belly bark,ginseng,Gastrodia elata,earthworm.Conclusion:1.The tutor believes that renal edema falsely blames the viscera,spleen and kidney,damages the Yin and Yang of Qi and blood,and actually cause the wind,cold,dampness,heat,poison and other evils alone or combined with blood stasis,which affects the operation of Qi and blood from both ends,resulting in water and lingering blood.2.In terms of treatment,based on the theory that "blood is unfavorable,it is water",the tutor advocated regulating qi,activating blood and benefiting water,proceeding from Qi,blood and water,taking into account the three causes,taking into account the specimens,and involving all methods.3.In terms of medication,the sweet taste into the spleen and kidney is mostly used to supplement it,the bitter taste is dry,the light taste is permeated,and the pungent taste is used.The main drugs are tonifying deficiency,diuresis and dampness,anti food drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,and pay attention to the internal relationship between Qi,blood and water.4.In terms of clinical prescriptions,most of them are added or subtracted on the basis of Zhenwu Decoction,Huangqi Erzhi Pill,Liuwei Dihuang pill,Buqi Tongluo Decoction,Chailing Decoction and rhubarb Fuzi decoction,so as to achieve the purpose of water control through "benefiting blood".
