Study On The Prescription And Medication Law Of Shi Junhua’s Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Based On Data Mining

Objective:In this study,data mining was used to trace and analyze the medical records of the mentor,chief physician Shi Junhua,in the treatment of CRF,and explore the prescription and medication rules and ideas and methods of the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CRF,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of CRF.Methods:Records of the collection a nd ordering of medical records by Shi Junhua,Chief Medical Officer of Section N Evolution of the Hubei of L Ocean Assistant Chinese Traditions to be treated from June 2020 to November 2021.（1）Set criteria and exclusion criteria were set,and 54 patients who received the criteria were strictly screened,and the prescription was made of 232 neck.The basic information and prescription drugs of the patient are input to the Excel software,the data is preprocessed,and the relational database and the data matrix are established.（2）By using Excel software to analyze the frequency of the established database,we can get the high-frequency drugs of director Shi Junhua for the treatment of chronic renal failure（artificially set the drugs with a frequency of more than 15 times as high-frequency drugs）and the distribution of the properties,tastes,meridians and efficacy of all relevant drugs.（3）SPSS Clementine 12.0 software was used to analyze the association rules of traditional Chinese medicine involved in this study,and the drug groups with high association degree were obtained;IBM SPSS statistics 26.0 statistical software was used to cluster the data matrix of high-frequency drugs to obtain the core drug pairs in high-frequency drugs.After consulting director Shi Junhua,analyze and discuss this.Results:1.There were 54 patients in this study,including 34 men（63%）and 20 women（37%）.The age of patients ranged from 23 to 87 years,including 20 cases（37.04%）from 60 to 69 years and 13 cases（24.07%）from 70 to 79 years.Nine cases（16.67%）were over 80 years.2.A total of 232 prescriptions and 146 traditional Chinese medicines were selected in this study with a total frequency of 3552 times.Among them,58 cases had a frequency greater than or equal to 15 times and the frequency was 2983 cases,corresponding to83.98% of the total frequency.Poria cocos,licorice,Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,mandarin peel,fried Atractylodes macrocephala bran,Angelica sinensis,fried bitter orange bran,Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides and Cornus officinalis Pinellia ternata,yam,Rehmannia glutinosa,peony bark,Lycium barbarum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,boiled rhubarb,Achyranthes bidentata,chrysanthemum and other 20 commonly used drugs have the highest frequency of use.A total of 1970 times,accounting for55.46% of the total frequency,is the core of CRF.3.Among the 146 drugs involved in this study,the most important drug properties are flat and warm,followed by cold;The drug taste is mainly sweet,followed by bitter and pungent drugs;The spleen,lung,liver and kidney are the most important channels,followed by the heart and stomach;In the efficacy statistics,the most used drugs are tonifying deficiency,supplemented by water and dampness promoting drugs,heat clearing drugs,Qi regulating drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,astringent and astringent drugs,phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma drugs,etc.4.In the analysis of association rules,the drugs with the highest association degree of second-order association rules are Cornus officinalis and yam,yam and chrysanthemum,Cornus officinalis and chrysanthemum,Poria cocos and Morinda officinalis,tangerine peel and Morinda officinalis;The drugs with the highest association degree of third-order association rules are Poria cocos and bran fried Fructus aurantii and dangshen.Poria cocos and bran fried Fructus aurantii have bran fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Cornus and yam,Poria cocos,yam and Cornus,Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,angelica and licorice;The drugs with the highest degree of association are Poria cocos and bran fried Fructus aurantii,Codonopsis pilosula and licorice,Poria cocos and bran fried Fructus aurantii,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos and bran fried Fructus aurantii,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and licorice,Poria cocos and bran fried Fructus aurantii,tangerine peel and Codonopsis pilosula.5.In the cluster analysis,36 drug pairs with high correlation can be obtained from the 58 high-frequency drugs in this study,including 8 core drug pairs: Cornus officinalis and yam;Cornus officinalis and peony bark;Medlar,chrysanthemum;Coix seed and Atractylodes lancea;Cornus officinalis and medlar;Big belly bark,cinnamon;Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis;Radix paeoniae rubra and Cortex Phellodendri.Conclusions:1.Among the 54 patients included in this study,the middle-aged and elderly patients accounted for the most,indicating that CRF is a disease of deficiency and failure of positive Qi.2.In this study,chronic glomerulonephritis is the most common cause of CRF,and the other causes can not be ignored,suggesting that we should treat CRF according to the cause and individualized treatment.3.Mr.Shi pointed out that the basic pathogenesis of CRF is "weakness of spleen and kidney and endogenous turbidity and toxin".Therefore,when treating CRF,we should not only expel pathogenic factors,but also replenish healthy qi.When strengthening the body,we should use more gentle tonic drugs,supplement Qi,blood,yin and Yang,and harmonize the five Zang and six Fu organs.When dispelling pathogenic factors,many methods are used,such as qinglishui liquid,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,but not severe attack,so as to avoid damaging the healthy qi of the human body,and be good at using astringent and astringent drugs to prevent subtle overflow,which is the embodiment of the "overall concept" of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Mr.Shi uses different methods to treat patients due to their different physique and turbid poison in the body.For example,patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang and internal stagnation of water drink mostly use the method of Tonifying the kidney,benefiting the kidney and promoting water,patients with deficiency of liver and kidney yin and blood stasis mostly use the method of Tonifying the kidney,nourishing the liver and activating blood circulation,and patients with damp heat of kidney deficiency mostly use the method of Tonifying the kidney,clearing heat and promoting dampness.It embodies the concept of "same disease and different treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine.
