Research On The Medication Law Of Blood Activation And Stasis Removal Method Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on the medical records of doctors treating chronic syndrome,this study systematically analyzed the pathogenesis elements,treatment rules and medication of this disease by using the method of data mining,so as to obtain the pathogenesis rules of chronic syndrome,explore the medication rules and inherit the ideas of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Through four major databases,mainly China knowledge infrastructure Project database,the accumulated syndrome medical records using the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were collected,and the medical records conforming to the standard were unified and standardized,and the data were analyzed using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance data computing platform.Results: 1.Syndrome:(1)Frequency statistics of 101 symptoms and signs,the frequency of symptoms greater than 18% are: poor appetite,abdominal distension,fatigue,hypocholic pain,large abdomen,oliguria,dry mouth,yellow urine,lower limb edema,dark face,loose stool,emaciation,constipation,yellow eyes,poor sleep.34 item sets were obtained by symptom association rule,among which the support and confidence of poor tolerance,fatigue,oliguria and abdominal distension were high.(2)A total of 22 kinds of tongue images are involved,the frequency of more than 8 times in the medical case are respectively dark red tongue yellow greasy,red tongue yellow greasy,light dark tongue thin white,dark red tongue thin yellow,tongue purple dark tongue thin white.(3)There were 37 kinds of pulse patterns,and the ones with more than 8frequency were: pulse string,pulse string,pulse string,astringent pulse string,pulse string,pulse string,pulse string,pulse string,pulse string,pulse string.2.Pathogenesis syndrome elements: 20 kinds of pathogenesis syndrome elements and 7 kinds of pathogenesis syndrome elements were obtained,and the frequency of pathogenesis syndrome elements in liver and spleen was more than 55%.Among the syndromic elements with frequencies greater than 20%,those with frequencies greater than 20% were blood stasis,qi stagnation,dampness,heat and water stasis,while those with frequencies greater than 5%were Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,toxicity and Yang deficiency.30 item sets were obtained by association rules,and the confidence of liver,spleen,qi stagnation and blood stasis was high.3.Treatment methods: By analyzing the frequency,44 treatment methods were obtained,with a total of 782 frequency.Among them,the frequency of removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation,benefiting water and strengthening spleen was more than 30%.4.Medication:(1)A total of 294 TCM flavors were used,with a total frequency of 2647 times,and 15 TCM flavors with a frequency greater than or equal to 50 times were used,which were successively salviorrhiza miltiorrhiza,atractylodes,turtle shell,poria cocos,red peony root,angelica sinensis,peach kernel,curcuma zedoary,astragalus membranaceus,turkujin,bupleurum,rhubarb,licorice,alisma zedoaria and wormwood.(2)Drugs were classified according to their efficacy.The most commonly used drugs were supplementing deficiency and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,with frequencies of 23.14% and 21.69%,respectively.The second is the medicine of moistening water,regulating qi and clearing heat.(3)In terms of drug use,deficiency tonic drugs are commonly used in atractylodes,soft-shelled turtle,angelica,etc.;Salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel,zedoary and so on are used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The water-enhancing and moistening drugs are mainly used in poria cocos,alismatis alismatis,wormwood,etc.The qi class uses big belly peel,Fructus aurantii,tangerine peel,etc.;Clearing heat with red peony root,Hedyotis,Moutan and so on.(4)Association rule analysis showed that the confidence between Trichorescens and zedoary,trionychia and salvia miltiorrhiza,Atractylodes rhizome and poria cocos,atractylodes rhizome and salvia Miltiorrhiza was high,and they were often used as drug pairs.Cluster analysis showed 5 combinations of cluster drugs.Conclusion: 1.Law of treatment: TCM has corresponding consensus on the treatment of accumulated syndrome.It often improves the pathological state of blood stasis by removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and benefiting water,and at the same time,it treats the root of the disease by strengthening the spleen,clearing heat,dispelling dampness,soothing the liver,invigorating qi and promoting qi.The early stage of the disease is more attack and less attack,the middle stage of positive qi is more attack and less attack,and the late stage is more attack and less attack.2.Medication law: According to the data mining results of this paper,in the process of syndrome treatment,in addition to the use of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of drugs,but also pay attention to the use of invigorating spleen qi drugs to Kuang Fu Zhengqi,regulating qi drugs to Qi Qi elimination,water permeability wet medicine to facilitate water permeability,heat to clear heat,warm Yang medicine to warm Yang Qi.3.It can be seen from the medicine rules of doctors that the pathogenesis of syndrome accumulation is complex,mainly characterized by deficiency of essence,blood stasis,qi stagnation,water stasis,dampness and heat as deficiency,spleen deficiency and qi deficiency as the foundation,which also proves that the pathogenesis of syndrome accumulation is the deficiency of healthy qi in human body,the dysfunction of zang fu organs,and the accumulation of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
