Clinical Study Of Qili Qiangxin Capsule Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of Yang Deficiency And Water Stop Type

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Qili Qiangxin Capsule combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water stop type.Methods:156 patients with chronic heart failure were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Dezhou Municipal Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group.The control group received routine treatment plus external counterpulsation therapy,while the study group received routine treatment plus Qilu Qiangxin Capsule plus external counterpulsation therapy,with 78 cases in each group.Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,the results of LVEF,BNP,6-MWD and other indicators were compared and analyzed,and the therapeutic effect was judged.Results:The baseline data of patients(sex ratio,age distribution,complications,course distribution,cardiac function grading ratio,etc.)were similar between the two groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After different treatment,no cardiogenic death occurred in all patients;the incidence of myocardial infarction in the study group was 0,significantly lower than that in the control group 20.51%(,P<0.01);the re-hospitalization rate in the study group was 2.56%,significantly lower than that in the control group 7.69%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cardiac function treatment in the study group was 76.92%,which was significantly higher than 53.85%in the control group.The study group had significant advantages(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group had palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness,restlessness,fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess,dizziness,sweating,tongue coating,tongue texture and pulse.The scores on these symptoms were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes treatment in the study group was 87.18%,significantly higher than 64.10%in the control group(P<0.01);the improvement of two indexes of LVEF,BNP,6-MWD and QOL in the study group before and after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of chronic heart failure,routine drug therapy and enhanced external counterpulsation have achieved good therapeutic effect,but enhanced external counterpulsation has good short-term therapeutic effect,Qili Qiangxin Capsule has good long-term therapeutic effect,Qili Qiangxin Capsule combined with external counterpulsation has simple clinical operation,convenient application and high therapeutic safety.It is widely promoted in grass-roots hospitals and communities.
