The Clinical Research Of Treating Acute Ischemic Stroke With NaoXingWan And Enhanced External Counterpulsation Combination Therapy

Objective:For guiding Clinical Application,the resesrch was designed to evaluate the efficiency of NaoXingWan And Enhanced External Counterpulsation Combination therapy,in the treatment of AIS with the identification of "feng tang yu stagnates",so as to offer gist for clinical Employment.Methods:This study consults the standard of AI in the book Diagnoses of all sorts of cerebrovascular disease,which was emenslated at the forth national Cerebrovascular disease,technicality meeting of medicine,committee in 1995.The sixty cases were chosed and separated stochastically into two groups, The one is cormparing group,in which general western medicine curing and NaoXingWan is given.NaoXingWan is given for 14 days,6g every time,three times a day.The other is curing group,in addition to EECP treatment,which is given for 14 days 50min everyday.After 14 days treament course,we observe the symptom,the integral of semiotics,the integral of the imperfect degree in nerve function,the hemoriheology,etc.Result:①Clinical effective:in trial group,there were 30 cases,among them,good effect 10 cases,effect 17 cases,ineffect 3 cases,total effective rate 90.0%.in comparing group,good effect 7cases,effect 15 cases,ineffect 8 cases,total effetive rate 73.3%.There was dearly difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Chinese medicine symptom effect:in curing group,there were 30 cases,among them,very effect 8 cases effect 18 cases,ineffect 4 cases,total effective rate 86.7%.In comparing group,there were 30 cases,very effect 6cases,effect 12 cases,ineffect 10 cases,total effective rate 60.0%. There was dearly difference between two groups(P＜0.05).In curing group,the integral of Clinical Symptom,the integral of traditional Chinese medicine Symptom,the integral of the Imperfect degree in nerve function were lower clearly than that before curing(P＜0.05).In comparing group,all integral after curing were lower clearly than before curing,fourteen days after curing there was clear difference between curing group and comparing group(P＜0.05).②In curing group,After curing,the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,Arbe were lower than that before curing(P＜0.05).But,the ESR decrease clearly,and there was no implication in statistics(P＞0.05).In comparing group,After curing,the plasma viscosity,blood viscosity,lower than that before curing(P＜0.05).After curing,there was significant difference between all index of curing group and cormparing group(P＜0.05).Safety:Both groups had no serious adverse reactions at the end-point.Conclusion:NaoXingWan And Enhanced External Counterpulsation Combination therapy had very good clinical effect to AIS.It can improve clinic symptoms, TCM symptoms,reduce the integral of the Imperfect degree in nerve function and improve the hemorrheology indicators.It could be served as a good clinical joint approach.
