Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of moxibustion with Chengshan acupoint,Changqiang acupoint and Baliao acupoint in treating postoperative pain after Milligan-Morgan operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Method: The 110 subjects who were hospitalized in the Anorectal Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2021 and were diagnosed with stage III mixed hemorrhoids and undergoing Milligan-Morgan operation surgery under spinal anesthesia.Randomly divided into two groups(n=55).Patients in the control group received routine treatment, and patients in the treatment group received moxibustion treatment on the Chengshan acupoint,Changqiang acupoint and Baliao acupoint after the operation based on the routine treatment.Continuous treatment for 7 days as a course of treatment.Observe the postoperative pain scores, analgesic efficacy, application of analgesics, situation of wound edema of the two groups of cases. Results: A total of 110 patients were included in this study,3 patients in the control group and 1 patient in the treatment group shed from experiment, amount to 106 patients completed the clinical experiment and were included in the statistic.Statistical analysis of the gender, age and pre-treatment pain score between two groups showed insignificant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Using SPSS 25.0 to analyze the data, which collected after treatment, results as follows:(1)After treatment, the pain scores of two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05),pain scores of treatment group were lower than control group. The analgesia efficacy scores of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05),analgesia efficacy scores of treatment group were higher than control group.(2)Statistical analysis of the application of analgesics between two groups showed insignificant difference(P > 0.05).(3)The situation of wound edema of two groups on the first and seventh day after operation were significantly different(P < 0.05),situation of wound edema of treatment group were lower than control group.Statistical analysis of the situation of wound edema on the third day after operation between two groups showed insignificant difference(P > 0.05).(4)After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 94.4%,which is significantly higher than the control group’s 73.1%(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Moxibustion with Chengshan acupoint,Changqiang acupoint and Baliao acupoint in treating postoperative pain of stage III mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan operation can effectively relieve postoperative wound pain and wound edema, while it can improve the total treatment efficacy, with remarkable clinical effectiveness.(2)Moxibustion with Chengshan acupoint,Changqiang acupoint and Baliao acupoint is safe,no obvious adverse effect, has comfortable treatment process, easy operate, inexpensive, which is an accepted treatment method for patients.
