Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of "Jingjiefang" applied at Baliao point to intervene the postoperative pain,anxiety,comfort and sleep quality of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,in order to find a safe,effective and economic pain management measure for the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,further enrich the clinical practice of traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in the field of analgesia and promote it in clinical nursing work.Methods:67 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of anorectal diseases of a third class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Shandong Province from March to July 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(34 cases).During the study period,5 patients were discharged early and 2 patients were transferred to another department,a total of 7 cases fell off.30 cases were finally included in the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine postoperative pain management measures;On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with "Jingjiefang" sticking on Baliao point for intervention:the application was started 6 hours after operation,once a day for 6 hours,and used until the 7th day after operation.The VAS pain score of non stimulation state,VAS pain score of seven consecutive dressing changes,VAS pain score of first defecation,first defecation time,first urination time,anxiety,comfort,sleep quality score and hospital stay of the two groups at 6h,1D,2D,3D,5D and 7d after operation were observed.The above indexes were statistically analyzed and evaluated The effect of "Jingjiefang" on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids and its influence on patients’ anxiety,comfort and sleep quality,and the safety of medication was evaluated.Results:1.Comparison results of baseline dataThere was no significant difference in demographic data and disease-related data between the two groups(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.2.Pain score(1)VAS pain score without stimulation after operation:the VAS pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1,2,3 and 5 days after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 6h and 7d after operation(P>0.05).(2)VAS pain score at postoperative dressing change:the VAS pain score at the second,third and fourth dressing change in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in VAS score between the first,fifth,sixth and seventh dressing change groups(P>0.05).(3)VAS score at first defecation:The pain score of the first defecation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.First defecation timeThere was no significant difference in the first defecation time between the two groups(P>0.05).4.First urination timeThere was no significant difference in the first micturition time between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Patient anxietyThe anxiety scores of the observation group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups 1 day before operation and 7 days after operation(P>0.05).6.Patient comfortThe comfort score of the observation group on the 3rd day after operation was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in comfort score between the two groups on the first day before operation and the first and seventh days after operation(P>0.05)7.Sleep quality of patientsThe scores of sleep quality in the observation group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups on the 1st day before operation and the 7th day after operation(P>0.05).8.Length of stayThere was no significant difference in hospitalization days between the two groups(P>0.05).9.Safety evaluationThe score of the sensitivity scale in the observation group was 1.4±1.406 points,with the maximum score of 5 points and the minimum score of 0 points.No obvious discomfort was found in the patients.Conclusion:The application of "Jingjiefang" at Baliao point in postoperative pain management of mixed hemorrhoids has obvious analgesic effect,and can effectively alleviate patients’anxiety,improve patients’ comfort and improve sleep quality.It has definite curative effect,economy and safety,and has certain clinical significance.
