Study On Acupoint Selection Law Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion On Postoperative Pain Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on data mining technology,this study analyzed the data of acupoint prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,explored the characteristics and rules of acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and excavated potential commonly used acupoint selection,formula compatibility rules,in order to provide reference for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods: 1.According to this study,the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were formulated,and the literature on pain after acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of mixed hemorrhoids was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and VIP.2.Strictly screen the literatures that meet the inclusion criteria,extract the corresponding acupoint prescriptions,standardize the names of the acupoints included,sort out the intervention measures,acupoints,meridians,locations,specific points,etc.,and form a acupoint database of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.3.Use Microsoft Excel 2019 software for frequency statistics;For acupoints used more than 5 times,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 26.0 software were used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.A total of 120 literatures were selected in this study,and 95 acupoint prescriptions were collected,including 6 prescriptions for single acupoint and 89 prescriptions for multiple acupoints.There are 58 acupoints collected,including 11 meridian acupoints,Ren and Du meridian acupoints,Waiqi acupoints and Ashi acupoints.2.Intervention measures: simple acupuncture and simple electric acupuncture are used the most frequently,followed by simple acupoint catgut embedding and simple moxibustion,followed by acupuncture+ear points,electric acupuncture+others,acupuncture+moxibustion,acupuncture+fumigation,etc.3.Among the 58 acupoints included,the top 10 are Chengshan,Changqiang,Erbai,Ciliao,Zusanli,Xialiao,Baihuanshu,Zhongliao,Tianshu,Hegu and Guanyuan according to the frequency of acupoint use.The clinically selected channels are mainly the bladder channel of the foot sun and the governor channel,followed by the Ren channel,the stomach channel of the foot yangming,the large intestine channel of the hand yangming,and the spleen channel of the foot taiyin.According to the position of acupoints,the waist and back are the most frequently used,followed by the lower limbs,then the upper limbs,then the chest and abdomen,and finally the head and neck.According to the frequency of use of specific acupoints,intersection acupoints are the most frequently used,followed by collateral acupoints,followed by five acupoints,Mu acupoints,and Xiahe acupoints.4.Conduct association rule analysis and cluster analysis on high-frequency acupoints with frequency ≥ 5 times,and set the support of association rule analysis to ≥ 10%,and the confidence level ≥ 80%,among which,"Xialiao-Zhongliao","Ciliao-Zhongliao","Shangliao-Zhongliao","Chengshan-Changqiang-Erbai","Zhongliao-Xialiao-Ciliao","Shangliao-Xialiao-Ciliao" have the highest support of11.67%,while "Ciliao-Shangliao","Xialiao-Shangliao" "Zhongliao-Shangliao","Ciliao-Shangliao-Zhongliao","Ciliao-Shangliao-Xialiao","Zhongliao-Shangliao-Xialiao","Xialiao-Shangliao-Zhongliao","Xialiao-Shangliao-Ciliao","Zhongliao-Shangliao-Ciliao",and "Zhongliao-Shangliao-Ciliao" have the highest confidence of 100%.Three clusters can be obtained by cluster analysis of acupoints.Cluster group 1:Xialiao,Zhongliao,Shangliao and Ciliao.Cluster 2: Chengshan,Baihuanshu,Erbai,Yaoshu,Changqiang.Cluster 3: Qihai,Shenque,Shangjuxu,Zhongji,Zusanli,Zhibian,Baihui,Shuishui,Taichong,Hegu,Neiguan,Zhigou,Bladder Shu,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,and Tianshu.Conclusion(s):1.The intervention method of acupuncture and moxibustion is mainly electroacupuncture and acupuncture,followed by acupoint catgut embedding and moxibustion,and then acupuncture combined with ear points.2.After acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,the acupoints selected for pain are mainly symptomatic and proximal.The selected meridians are mainly the Foot Sun Bladder Channel and the Governor Vessel.The selected parts are mostly the waist,back and lower limbs.The compatibility follows the far and near compatibility,front and back compatibility,and up and down compatibility.The application of specific acupoints is mainly the intersection point,followed by the collateral point,and then the five acupoints.3.According to the results of association rule analysis and cluster analysis,the main principle of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery is to dredge channels and collaterals,dissipate blood stasis and relieve pain,and replenish qi and nourish blood,which is consistent with the principle of traditional medicine treatment of "pain".
