Analysis On Problems And Countermeasures Of Price Supervision Of Medical Services In Public Hospitals In Chongqing

Medical services are characterized by high professionalism,high risk and high information asymmetry,so the number of medical disputes is increasing year by year.With the improvement of people’s legal consciousness and awareness of rights protection,the number of complaints,reports and consultations due to the price of medical disputes is also high and it is difficult to deal with.Research medical service price regulation,the paper puts forward opinions suggestions to perfect the supervision mechanism and supervision methods,is the super-ministries reform background,explore new Market Supervision Department,Medical Security Department,Health Department of health medical service price regulation way reality needs,is to reduce the unreasonable medical expenses burden,strengthen the concrete step price regulation of the people’s livelihood,have important practical significance.To this,this article take the access to historical data,literature research,chart analysis,comparative analysis,case law,questionnaire survey method.In the field of regulation economics and according to the nature of regulation,it is divided into economic regulation and social regulation.This paper refers to the classification standard of regulation,regards regulation as a kind of regulation,and divides the regulation of medical service price into economic regulation and social regulation.According to the classification of government regulation in regulation economics,This paper introduces the current situation of medical service price supervision in public hospitals in Chongqing from these two perspectives,and analyzes the problems existing in its supervision,and on this basis,puts forward the countermeasures of Chongqing city public hospital medical service price regulation suggestions and measures.The research shows that there are both opportunities and challenges in the price supervision of medical services in public hospitals in Chongqing.After the institutional reform,the advantages of the medical service price supervision system of public hospitals in Chongqing can be reflected.At the same time,it is also facing three challenges,such as the confusion of supervision and law enforcement caused by the imperfect medical service price policy.The statistical results of the questionnaire survey show that the law enforcement skills of the law enforcement personnel of medical service price supervision in Chongqing need to be strengthened urgently.The author believes that in the process of market supervision and management departments at all levels in Chongqing from"physical integration"to"chemical integration",various measures should be taken to improve the medical service price supervision level of public hospitals in Chongqing,mainly taking comprehensive measures to promote the medical service price adjustment,completing the investigation and study,solving the historical policy disputes,continuously exploring practice,gradually promoting the reform of payment method,grasping the medical knowledge,making policy understanding,changing regulatory concept,intensify punishment,the use of information means,improving supervision effectiveness,to explore the regulation method,quickly founding the problem,and so on.
