A Study On Price Supervision And Countermeasure Of Medical Service In Guanghan City

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,medical services with high quality,good results and reasonable prices have become the new goal of the“Healthy China” strategy.Although it is required to reduce the inspection cost of large medical devices,reflect the technical value of medical staff,and realize zero markup of drug consumables,illegal charging still occurs in medical institutions under this environment.How to further optimize the price supervision of medical services has become an important content to improve the level of price supervision.This paper uses the literature research method,survey study and statistical analysis method.Firstly,guided by the problems investigated by the special treatment of medical service price in Guanghan City in recent years,this paper makes statistics on the medical service price supervision institutions and post Settings,interviews the relevant regulatory personnel and hospital price management personnel,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the general medical personnel in this city.Secondly,based on the collected data,questionnaire and interview results,this paper conducts analysis and research based on the theory of government regulation and the theory of new public service,summarizes four problems and deficiencies in the price regulation of medical services in Guanghan City,and analyzes three causes of imperfect system structure,weak law enforcement ability and inadequate supporting regulatory measures.Finally,based on local conditions,by combing and analyzing a large number of theoretical and practical data,and combining actual data with subjective cognition,this paper proposes the optimization measures to overcome the price supervision of medical services in Guanghan City and improve the effect of price supervision: the first is to build a coordinated system of price supervision of medical services.In terms of the price management of medical services,the responsibilities of regulatory bodies shall be clarified,a cross-departmental collaborative governance mechanism shall be established,a clear price execution sequence system shall be implemented,and scientific evaluation standards for the price supervision of medical services shall be established.The second is to strengthen the ability to supervise and enforce the law on the price of medical services.supervision methods shall be innovated,Internet + price supervision shall be explored and introduced,human cost shall be saved effectively,regular supervision of professionals shall be realized,and the community of shared interests shall be introduced to establish the cooperative governance between government and enterprises.The third is to improve supporting measures for supervising the price of medical services.The government shall strengthen information sharing and feedback through multiple channels,explore the linkage between supervision and financial input,realize long-term supervision on the price of medical institutions,strengthen the price publicity of medical services,carry out targeted price supervision and inspection,and effectively improve the price supervision level of medical services.
