| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with fire dragon pot in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,this study further highlights the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and external treatment,and provides a more appropriate,safe and effective treatment method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: From March 2021 to March 2022,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type who received complete cycle treatment in the trauma orthopaedic clinic of Liuzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into treatment group and control group by digital random table method.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule once a day,200 mg each time,orally after meals for two weeks,and the affected knee was treated with medium frequency pulse electric therapy instrument once a day for two weeks.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction(one dose per day,once in the morning and once in the afternoon)for two weeks,and the affected knee was treated with fire dragon pot(once every two days)for two weeks.Before and after treatment,VAS,WOMAC and TCM syndrome score scale of the two groups were evaluated and recorded,and statistical methods were used to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the research scheme and measures.Results:(1)General situation before treatment: there was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score scale between the two groups(P > 0.05);(2)Efficacy indicators:(1)Score scale: the VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score scale of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);(2)The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);(3)Safety: There were three adverse reactions in the whole study.In the treatment group,there was one case of local skin redness with pruritus,which could be relieved after one day of observation,and there was no further discomfort in the subsequent treatment.In the control group,there were two cases with mild gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting,which lasted for a short time and mild degree.They could improve by themselves after observation.There were no serious adverse events in both groups.Conclusion: This study shows that Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with fire dragon pot has a definite and satisfactory effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,which is better than that of the control group.After treatment,the knee symptoms and functions of the two groups were improved,and compared with the VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score scale score before and after treatment,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which had better clinical efficacy and safety. |
