Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Menstrual Extension By Nourishing Yin Clearing Heat Cooling Blood And Stopping Bleeding Method

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing yin,cleari ng heat and cooling,treating blood to stop bleeding and treating yin def iciency and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore the theoretical basis f or treating this disease.Methods:Sixty patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Taking yin and clearing heat,cooling blood to stop bleeding as the trea tment rule,the treatment group took Danzhi Erzhifang,the control group took Baogong Zhixue Granules,and continued treatment for 3 menstrual cyc les.The number of days before and after medication was recorded,the score of TCM was evaluated,the basal body temperature(BBT)high temperature phase drops the number of days of migration,and the effect was analyzed.Results:(1)Efficacy of the number of days: 16 cases were cured in the treatment group,8 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the cure rate was 80.0%.In the control group,8 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The rate of cure is 36.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)TCM syndrome efficacy: 7 cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,2 cases were inef fective,and the rate of cure was 76.6%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The cure rate was 30.0%,and the difference betw een the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).(3)Disease curative effect: 7 cases were cured in the treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the cure rate was 50.0%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ine ffective.The rate was 20.0%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The use of Nourishing yin,clearing heat,cooling blood and stopping bleeding Method in the treatment of menstrual extension hasa good clinical effect,and it is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
