| Objective:To explore the correlation between dampness evil and bronchial asthma through the epidemiological investigation of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:Based on the<Syndrome differentiation of syndrome elements>,the questionnaire of<Dampness evil syndrome elements>was formulated to judge the score of dampness evil syndrome elements and the grade of dampness evil syndrome elements.The general data,clinical manifestations and laboratory related indexes of 200 hospitalized patients with asthma who met the inclusion criteria were collected.Establish the database and use SPSS24.0 software to analyze the correlation between dampness evil and general data,clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes of patients with bronchial asthma.Results:1.Grade distribution of dampness pathogenic factor:38patients(19.0%)with dampness pathogenic factor grade 0,49 patients(24.5%)with grade I,68 patients(34.0%)with grade II and 45 patients(22.5%)with grade III.2.General data:(1)There was no significant difference in age and gender among the four groups of dampness evil syndrome elements(P>0.05).(2)The syndrome element level of dampness evil had no correlation with the patient’s smoking history,BMI,inducing factors(cold pungent smell,emotion)and basic syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(cold asthma syndrome,hot asthma syndrome,deficiency asthma syndrome,wind asthma syndrome)(P>0.05).(3)Allergens:There were differences in the allergy to dust mites(P<0.05),to cat hair and(P<0.01),and to peanuts(P<0.01)among the four groups of dampness evil syndrome.Among the patients with syndrome element grade 0,the proportion of allergic to dust mites was 18.42%,the proportion of allergic to cat hair was 13.16%,and the proportion of allergic to peanuts was5.26%;Among the patients with syndrome element grade I-III,the proportion of allergy to dust mites was 29.01%,the proportion of allergy to cat hair was8.02%,and the proportion of allergy to peanuts was 2.47%.There was no difference in the allergy of dog hair,wheat,nuts,egg,mold,Wutong,cockroach and Ai Hao in four damp evil syndrome groups(P>0.05).3.There were significant differences in the course of disease,severity and act score among the four groups(P<0.01).Among them,the syndrome element score of dampness evil was significant correlated with the course of the disease(r=0.189,P<0.01),with the severity of the disease(r=0.348,P<0.01),and with the act score(r=-0.243,P<0.01).4.Laboratory indexes:There was no significant difference in blood EOS,%EOS and PCT among the four groups of dampness pathogen syndrome(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in FEV1/FVC,blood Ig E,CRP and ESR(P<0.05).Among them,the integral of dampness evil syndrome was significant correlated with FEV1/FVC(r=-0.265,P<0.01),blood Ig E(r=0.250,P<0.05),ESR(r=0.263,P<0.01)and CRP(r=0.231,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Dampness evil is an important factor in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.2.Patients with high severity of dampness are more likely to be allergic to dust mites.Less likely to be allergic to cat hair and peanuts.3.Patients with higher severity of dampness evil have longer course of disease,the worse the daily control of asthma.4.The higher the severity of dampness evil,the lower FEV1/FVC,the higher Ig E,the higher ESR and CRP.It is suggested that the higher the severity of dampness evil,the more obvious the pathological changes,mainly manifested in the worse airway ventilation function,the more obvious allergic reaction and the higher the degree of infection. |
