Modern Literature Research On The Pattern Of Syndromes And Elements Of Asthma In Children And The Corresponding Prescriptions

Purpose:In this study,by sorting out the literature on the treatment of children’s bronchial asthma by traditional Chinese medicine in the past ten years,we explored the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome elements of children’s bronchial asthma and the brief medication pattern of prescription,so as to provide information for the diagnosis and treatment of children’s bronchial asthma by traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better guide the clinical application.Material and method:Literature research: Using China hownet database(CNKI)search,choose between January 2011 and December 2020,the Chinese medicine treatment of bronchial asthma in children’s literature,according to include and exclude standard screening qualified documents,arrange the age,sex,syndrome type,and the formulas,the database was established based on Excel spreadsheets,unified standard of syndrome type name,SPSS 23.0 software was used to conduct correlation test and cluster analysis on the data,and the rule of syndrome and treatment of children bronchial asthma was concluded and summarized.Results:1.Literature retrieval results: A total of 43 literatures were included in this study,of which 23 literatures clearly indicated the number of gender and syndrome type in onset and 16 literatures clearly indicated the number of gender and syndrome type in remission.Among them,27 articles clearly indicated the age distribution and syndrome type at onset,and 16 articles clearly indicated the age distribution and syndrome type at remission.2.Distribution of syndromes: According to different stages of asthma in children,12 syndromes were summarized.The common syndromes in children’s asthma attack period include phlegm-heat obstruction syndrome,heat asthma syndrome,cold asthma syndrome,and mixed cold and heat syndrome,etc.The common syndrome types in remission period are lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome,lung and spleen kidney qi deficiency syndrome,and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.The main pathological changes of the viscera are lung,spleen is also closely related to the onset;The disease is mainly phlegm heat,heat,cold,cold and heat.The main lesions of the viscera in remission period are lung and spleen,and the diseases of lung,spleen and kidney can also be seen,or the lesions of spleen alone.In terms of disease,Qi deficiency is the main disease.3.Correlation: there is no correlation between the distribution pattern of syndrome elements of asthma in children and gender,but it is correlated with age.The syndrome type of children with onset period less than or equal to 6 years old was mainly phlegm-heat obstruction syndrome,followed by heat asthma syndrome,lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome,etc.The main syndromes were phlegm and heat,followed by heat and qi deficiency.The syndrome types of children older than 6 years old were mainly mixed cold and heat syndrome,heat asthma syndrome and cold asthma syndrome,with obvious diseases such as cold and heat.4.Modern doctors often use Dingchuan Decoction,Maxingshigan Decoction,Suting Pill and other prescriptions in the treatment of children with heat asthma during the attack period.The principle of overall formulation is to regulate cold and heat,dissolve phlegm and settle asthma,and traditional Chinese medicine such as ephedra,licorice,almond and pinellia are commonly used.In the treatment of children’s asthma remission period,Yupingfeng powder,Liujunzi decoction,Zisheng pill and other prescriptions are often added and subtracted.At the same time,clearing damp is used to reduce phlegm.Atractylostomy,Poria,Tangerine Peel,Astragalus membranaceus and other drugs are commonly used.Conclusion:1.The syndrome types of children’s asthma in the attack stage are relatively diverse,and the common syndrome types are phlegm-heat obstruction syndrome,heat asthma syndrome,cold asthma syndrome,and mixed cold and heat syndrome,while the other syndrome types are relatively few.The main disease in the outbreak period is the coexistence of phlegm heat,heat,cold,cold and other solid venereal diseases are more common,and the deficiency venereal diseases are relatively less.The main syndrome type of children asthma in remission period is the deficiency of lung and spleen qi syndrome,and the other syndrome types are relatively few.There were more cases in lung and spleen organs,and fewer cases in other viscera.2.The syndromes of asthma in children have no correlation with gender,but have correlation with age.Younger children are more prone to phlegm
