Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Yiqi Fanggan Recipe Under The Prevention And Control Of COCID-19 Epidemic In The Treatment Of Common Cold(Qi Deficiency,Evil And Dampness Syndrome) And Its Influence On The Level Of Inflammatory Factors

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Fanggan Decoction in the treatment of patients with common cold(Qi Deficiency and Evil Attacking Dampness Syndrome),evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and at the same time explore the effects of Yiqi Fanggan Decoction on the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α The analysis of the mechanism of the effect of spleen and provide a certain research basis for the prevention and treatment of asthenia cold.Methods:Using a randomized controlled clinical trial method,60 eligible subjects from the Community Health Service Center of High-tech Zone,Mianyang City,Sichuan Province were assigned to the experimental group(Yiqi Fanggan Fang group)or the control group(placebo)Group),the ratio is 1:1,and the course of treatment is 5 days.Observe the changes in symptoms,adverse reactions and serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of the subjects before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Fanggan Decoction.Results:Three patients in the test group were excluded because they failed to complete the 5-day course of treatment,and the remaining 27 patients completed the test as ordered by the doctor;in the control group,two patients fell off because they could not be rechecked midway,and two patients did not adhere to the medication and were excluded.The remaining 26 patients all had good compliance.After treatment,the main symptoms of the test group(fever,cold,nasal congestion,runny nose,shortness of breath)and minor symptoms(sputum expectoration,dry throat,sore throat,heavy head and body drowsiness,loose stools)were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).At the same time,the TCM syndrome scores of the above symptoms were significantly decreased,which was lower than that of the control group.The recovery rate of the experimental group after treatment was 55.56%,and the total effective rate was 92.59%,which was higher than that of the control group.Comparing the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the difference in the test group was statistically significant(P<0.01).During this trial,no adverse events occurred in the experimental group and the control group,indicating that the Yiqi Fanggan Recipe is safe.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Fanggan Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of the common cold(qi deficiency and evil dampness syndrome),especially for fever,aversion to cold,nasal congestion,runny nose,shortness of breath,expectoration,dry throat,sore throat,heavy head and sleepiness,The clinical effect of loose stool symptoms is remarkable,and the safety is good,and there is no adverse reaction.It is worth further research and promotion.2.Compared with the placebo group,the Yiqi Fanggan Decoction group can reduce serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels to a greater extent,indicating that it participates in regulating the immune response and can enhance the body’s antiviral ability.
