Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Compound Donkey-hide Gelatin Slurry On Cancer-related Fatigue Of Stage Ⅳ Lung Adenocarcinoma

Objective: Cancer-related fatigue seriously affects the quality of life and treatment tolerance of cancer patients.At present,clinical intervention measures for cancer-related fatigue are limited and the effect is not significant enough.In this clinical study,the effect and safety of compound donkey-hide gelatin slurry on cancer-related fatigue of stage IV lung adenocarcinoma caused by deficiency of both qi and blood were observed,which provided new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer-related fatigue,and finally achieved the purpose of improving the fatigue degree and quality of life of cancer patients.Methods:Sixty patients who were treated in the oncology department of our hospital and met the prescribed standards were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment scheme of the control group is mainly based on modern medical system treatment and routine life guidance,while the treatment scheme of the treatment group is based on modern medical system treatment and routine life guidance,combined with compound donkey-hide gelatin slurry.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.The improvement of fatigue degree,functional state,quality of life,TCM syndrome(deficiency of both qi and blood),leukocyte,hemoglobin,albumin and other aspects were observed and analyzed.The incidence of adverse events,safety and other indicators were also observed and analyzed.Results: The effect of treatment group in reducing Piper Fatigue Scale score,improving KPS score,QOL score,reducing TCM syndrome score,inhibiting the decline of hemoglobin level and raising albumin levels in patients with cancer-related fatigue of stage IV lung adenocarcinoma was better than that of control group.It can reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy to a certain extent,and has good safety.However,there was no significant difference in white blood cells and albumin between the two groups.Conclusion: Compound donkey-hide gelatin slurry can significantly improve the degree of cancer-related fatigue(deficiency of both qi and blood)in patients with stage IV lung adenocarcinoma,effectively improve the functional state of patients and the quality of life,treat some deficiency of both qi and blood,inhibit the decrease of hemoglobin,increase albumin level,and have clear synergistic and attenuating effects and good safety.It is suggested that the follow-up clinical research of this treatment should be continued,and it is hoped that it can be effectively applied in clinic in the future.
