Objective: To observe the clinical improvement of oral administration of Tanre Pneumonia Granules + external application of Huatan San combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with community-acquired bronchopneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome),and to objectively evaluate the combination of oral administration of Tanre pneumonia granules+ external application of Huatan San Clinical efficacy and safety of western medicine treatment for children with community-acquired bronchopneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome). Methods: This study selected patients from December 2020 to December 2021 at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong Provincial Hospital,Shandong University Qilu Hospital,Shandong University Qilu Children’s Hospital,Jinan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Jining First People’s Hospital. There were 226 children who were hospitalized in the pediatric ward and met the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for bronchial pneumonia and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for pneumonia with asthma(phlegm-heat closing the lung syndrome). All the selected cases met the inclusion criteria and were divided into a treatment group(Western medicine treatment plan + Tanre Pneumonia granules orally + Huatan Powder for external application),112 cases, and a control group(Western medicine treatment plan + oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine simulants).+ external drug simulation agent)114 cases. The daily fever, cough, nasal congestion, asthma, and lung auscultation of the enrolled children were observed and recorded, and the hospitalization expenses and examination results of the children were recorded.By observing the changes of symptom scores and related records of the two groups of children, the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated by statistical analysis. Results:Compared with placebo combined with western medicine, the total effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group were 97.0% and 67.0%respectively,while those of the control group were 94.9% and 60.7%respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of disease efficacy, with statistical significance(P<0.05).In addition, the clinical recovery time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization expenses were less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observing the change of symptom score,we found that there was a difference between the two groups in 3-5 days after treatment, and the symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Through clinical observation,it was found that fever, cough, expectoration, auscultation of lung, runny nose, complexion, pharynx and diet symptoms were better than those of the control group on the third day of treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).On the 5th day after treatment, the symptoms of expectoration, auscultation of lung, pharynx and diet were still better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment program has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of children with community-acquired bronchopneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome). The clinical recovery time is shortened, and no serious adverse reactions occur during the clinical application. |
