Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Community-acquired Bronchopneumonia(Damp-heat Blocking Lung Syndrome) In Children With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating children’s community-acquired pneumonia-bronchopneumonia(damp-heat-closed lung syndrome)with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Qushi Tongluo Granule+Huatan Powder combined with western medicine in treating children’s community-acquired bronchopneumonia(damp-heat-closed lung syndrome).Methods:Children who were hospitalized in affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Qilu Children’s Hospital of Shandong University,Shandong Provincial Hospital,Qilu Hospital of Shandong University,Jinan Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Pediatric Ward of Jining No.1 People’s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they met the western diagnosis standard of bronchopneumonia and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standard of pneumonia and asthma(damp-heat blocking lung syndrome).All the selected cases met the inclusion criteria.A total of 202 cases were included,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group(western medicine treatment scheme+Qushi Tongluo Granule oral administration+Huatan Powder external application)and the control group(western medicine treatment scheme+Chinese medicine simulant oral administration+external medicine simulant)with 102 cases.By observing the symptoms and signs score,symptom relief time and clinical recovery time before and after treatment,SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two schemes.Results:1.Efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group was 71.6%,while that of the control group was 57.0%.The treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of symptoms and signs:After treatment,the total scores of symptoms and signs,the scores of main symptoms and signs and the scores of secondary symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the treatment group could better improve the clinical symptoms of children than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups in terms of fever and asthma scores(P>0.05).Compared with the scores of cough,expectoration and lung rale,the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of secondary curative effect,There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05)by comparing the scores of runny nose,sweating,complexion,headache,nausea and vomiting,spirit,sleep,dry stool and diarrhea.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had better improvement effect in abdominal pain,pharyngeal swelling and diet score(P<0.05).3.Comparison of relief time of main symptoms:There was no significant difference in the onset time of expectoration and asthma between the two groups(P>0.05);The complete antipyretic time and onset time of cough in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical recovery time:The clinical recovery time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety: No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the experiment.Conclusion:1.The two treatment schemes are effective in treating children’s community-acquired bronchopneumonia(damp-heat syndrome).The treatment scheme of integrated Chinese and western medicine(Qushi Tongluo Granule orally+Huatan Powder externally+Western medicine)can improve the overall curative effect,relieve the clinical symptoms of children more comprehensively and quickly,shorten the clinical recovery time.2.The treatment scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(Qushi Tongluo Granule orally+Huatan Powder externally applied+Western medicine treatment)has no obvious adverse reaction in clinical application is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
