Clinical Rasearch Of Danggui Sini Decoction On Diabetic Lower-extremity Vascular Disease With Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of Diabetic lower-extremity vascular disease(DLEVD)of yang-deficiency and blood-stasis type,the efficacy and safety of Danggui Sini Decoction were assessed to provide a new direction for the treatment of DLEVD with Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=35).Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was given oral berprost sodium tablet,the treatment group was added with oral Chinese traditional medicine decoction Danggui sini decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment were observed,and relevant clinical records of efficacy were made.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1C),ankle-brachial ratio(ABI),homocysteine(Hcy),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),doppler ultrasound score of lower limb arteries and TCM syndrome score in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment,SPSS26.0was used to analyze the related data.Results:1.On the score of TCM clinical symptom,both groups improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group of 35 cases,7 cases(20%)were significantly effective,22 cases(62.86%)were effective and 6 cases(17.14%)were ineffective,the total effective rate was82.86%.In the control group,there were 35 cases,including 3 cases(8.57%)of marked effect,19 cases(54.29%)of effective,13 cases(37.14%)of ineffective,the total effective rate was 62.86%.2.In terms of blood glucose,FBG and Hb A1 C in 2 groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),but the efficacy was basically the same(P>0.05).In terms of blood lipid,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the effect of treatment on TC and HDL-C was basically the same in both groups(P>0.05),and the treatment group had more advantages in improving TG and LDL-C than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant effect on improving Hcy index in both groups(P>0.05).The level of Fib was improved in both groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group had more advantages in improving Fib level(P<0.05).ABI was improved in both groups(P<0.01),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).Both groups improved the score of lower extremity arterial Doppler ultrasound(P<0.01),but the improvement was more demonstrable in the treatment group(P<0.01).3.There were no adverse reactions before and after treatment,and the safety was good.Conclusion:Danggui Sini Decoction added and subtracted can reduce the TCM syndrome score of DLEVD patients and doppler artery score of lower limbs,effectively improve ABI,blood sugar,blood lipid and Fi B levels,and play a certain role in the treatment of DLEVD,with good safety,worthy of further promotion.
