Objective: The main purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical efficacy of this study by systematically observing and comparing the changes in TCM symptom scores, laboratory indices, and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis, and to explore the application value of this study to provide new Chinese medical ideas and methods for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: In this study, patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type were selected as the observation subjects, and 70 patients were divided into 2 groups according to complete randomization,35 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group, and the control group was given Mecobalamin tablets and the treatment group was given modified Danggui sini decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks(2 weeks for 1 course of treatment, and Total 2 courses of treatment). The two groups were compared with each other in terms of Chinese medical evidence points, nerve conduction velocity, laboratory indexes and clinical manifestations. Results: 1.TCM evidence points: the points of patients in both groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the comparison between groups was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);in the comparison of total effective rate, the treatment group(91.43%)was better than the control group(62.86%)(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.Nerve conduction velocity: The nerve conduction velocity of patients in both groups increased to different degrees after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the bilateral peroneal nerve SNCV was significantly higher than that before treatment in both groups after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the left common peroneal nerve MNCV measured in patients in the treatment group and the right median nerve SNCV in both groups after treatment were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the left median SNCV of the left median nerve was higher than that before treatment in the treatment group, and the comparison between groups was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the right common peroneal nerve MNCV and the bilateral median nerve MNCV did not improve significantly, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.During the treatment,no abnormal safety indicators were observed in patients, and no adverse events were found. Conclusion: In the basic treatment, modified Danggui sini decoction can reduce the TCM evidence points and improve the TCM symptoms and signs in Yang deficiency and blood stasis type DPN patients;increase the conduction velocity of nerves in DPN patients;the clinical use of the drug is safe and further clinical research application is recommended. |
