Clinical Observation Of Qi Gui Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:By observing the changes of blood glucose,intermittent claudication distance score,toe-brachial ratio(TBI)and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),the clinical efficacy of Qi Gui Decoction in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)was discussed,and a new treatment plan was provided for patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Method:According to the random number table method,66 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the same basic treatment.In addition to the basic treatment,the control group was treated with Maiguan Fukang tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with Qi Gui Decoction in addition to the basic treatment.A total of 21 days for a course of treatment,both groups were treated for a course of treatment.The changes of blood glucose,intermittent claudication distance score,toe-brachial ratio(TBI)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed.SPSS26.0 software was used to process the data statistically,and the efficacy indexes of the two groups were sorted out and analyzed.Results:(1)Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,intermittent claudication distance,TBI,total score of TCM syndrome and single TCM syndrome score of the two groups were analyzed respectively,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)There were significant differences in FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in FPG,2h FPG and Hb A1 c between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)There were significant differences in the scores of intermittent claudication distance between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the score of intermittent claudication distance between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(4)There were significant differences in TBI between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in TBI between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(5)The total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared respectively,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of single TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups(P <0.05).There were significant differences in the total score of TCM syndromes and the score of single TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(6)The total clinical effective rate : The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 71.87 %,and the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62 %.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Qi Gui Decoction can improve the blood glucose,intermittent claudi cation distance score,toe-brachial ratio(TBI)and TCM syndrome sco re of patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease with qi de ficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and has a good clinical effect on t he treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease with qi defici ency and blood stasis syndrome.
