Objective:The purpose of this study is to use Huazhuo Jiedu Jianpi Decoction to treat patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps with Turbid Toxin and spleen deficiency after operation, and objectively evaluate its curative effect by observing the patient’s symptom changes, evaluation scale, reexamination of enteroscopy and pathology,so as to provide a new ways for the prevention and treatment of colorectal adenomatous polyps and the primary prevention of colorectal cancer.Method:Patients who seek medical treatment in the Department of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 may be selected.Strict compliance with inclusion and exclusion criteria,148 patients with colorectal polyps who were initially diagnosed as colorectal adenomatous polyps were enrolled. After entering the group, the subjects in the two groups were treated with endoscopic polypectomy. The traditional Chinese medicine intervention group was treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Jianpi Decoction after resuming the diet after operation for one course of treatment, and the colonoscopy was rechecked one year after operation. The blank control group did not take any drugs to prevent polyp recurrence after operation, and rechecked enteroscopy one year after operation.By comparing and observing the recurrence of adenomas in the two groups, sorting out the data and statistical processing, analyze the recurrence rate of polyps between the two groups, evaluate the superiority and safety of Huazhuo Jiedu Jianpi Decoction in preventing and treating postoperative recurrence of colorectal adenomatous polyps, and analyze the factors affecting the recurrence of polyps in the subjects.Results:(1)Compared with the recurrence rate of colorectal adenomatous polyps, the recurrence rate in the blank control group was 44.1%,but it was 24.3%in the TCM intervention group. There were differences between the two groups((49)<0.05).In this study, the results show the TCM intervention group was better than that of blank control group.(2)In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy after treatment in preventing polyp recurrence, there were differences between the two groups in the efficacy of abdominal pain and abdominal distension, loose stool and diarrhea, dry mouth and bad breath, and anal burning and fatigue((49)<0.05),and the TCM intervention group was superior to the blank control group. There was no difference between the two groups in the efficacy of constipation, dark complexion, belching and fatigue((49)>0.05).For constipation, hysteresis, the curative effect of belching complexion dark,no difference between the two groups((49)>0.05),the TCM intervention group did not show the significant differences.(3)In terms of the total curative effect of TCM syndrome, the total effective rate of the blank control group was 48.53%,and the total effective rate of the TCM intervention group was 87.14%,which was statistically significant. The TCM intervention group was superior to the blank control group.(4)The related factors of colorectal adenomatous polyp recurrence were analyzed byχ~2single factor analysis. The results showed that the recurrence of colorectal adenomatous polyp was related to the postoperative intervention scheme((49)<0.05),but not to the subject’s age, sex, polyp number, polyp location, polyp shape, polyp diameter and polyp pathological classification((49)>0.05).Conclusion:Huazhuo Jiedu Jianpi Decoction can significantly inhibit the recurrence of colorectal adenomatous polyps one year after operation, and the recurrence of this study has nothing to do with the patient’s age,the number of polyps, tumor diameter, shape, location, pathological type and other factors;Huazhuo Jiedu Jianpi Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and has relatively high safety. In particular, there are no adverse events caused by drug bias in the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group.
