The Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Huazhuo Tiaozhi Granules For The Treatment Of Atherosclerosis

Objective: To explore the theoretical points of interventional therapy of atherosclerosis from the Angle of blood lipid of spleen deficiency,and to judge the influence degree of traditional Chinese medicine on atherosclerotic disease according to TCM syndrome integral,carotid artery area and number.Plaques,intima and media thickness,blood lipids,blood routine,liver and kidney function,etc.,were mainly observed by clinical methods.Methods: on the basis of reference to the historical literature and related books describing atherosclerosis,we had a certain understanding of atherosclerosis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and then systematically analyzed the name,etiology,pathogenesis and related treatment of the disease.Secondly,the modern medical research progress and treatment methods of atherosclerosis were reviewed.Combined with the experience of the instructor,it is considered that spleen deficiency and blood lipid turbidity are the basic pathogenesis of atherosclerotic plaque formation,and the treatment of spleen invigorating,turbidity removing and stasis removing is the basic direction.In this clinical study,a randomized,parallel-controlled design clinical trial was used.A total of 60 outpatients,emergency patients and inpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).In the control group,patients received 20 mg of atorvastatin calcium tablets orally at approximately 8 p.m.daily on the basis of daily blood pressure control,blood glucose regulation,and lifestyle optimization.Control patients,on the basis of changes in the spleen,every morning and evening with boiled water a blunt a bag of boiled water,temperature,treatment of 12 weeks,then compared the two groups before TCM syndrome integral,after carotid artery blood more than numerical,blood lipid,three conventional,liver and kidney functions such as laboratory tests data,evaluation of spleen type change lipid particles to improve the effect of TCM syndrome integral,and have the positive role of laboratory examination.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the effective rate of the treatment group was 53.3%,and the total effective rate was 90.0%;The effective rate of the control group was 23.3%,and the total effective rate was 66.7%.The effective rate and total effective rate were compared between the two groups,p = 0.02 <0.05.2.Carotid ultrasound examination: after 12 weeks of treatment,carotid intima media thickness(IMT),plaque number and plaque area decreased in both groups,and IMT,plaque number and plaque area decreased in both groups in most cases(p<0.05).And the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significant(p<0.01).It was suggested that the intervention was more effective in reducing IMT and significantly reducing the number and area of plaques in the treatment group.3.Changes in laboratory data: the treatment in both groups reduced the levels of total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in blood(p <0.05),and the intervention in the treatment group significantly adjusted the triglyceride(TG)(p <0.01).After 12 weeks of treatment,the indexes of TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p <0.05,p <0.01),which proved that Jianpihuazhuo Tiaozhi Granules had a good lipid-regulating effect.4.Safety check: the blood routine,liver and kidney function and other laboratory test data of the two groups of patients were detected and statistically analyzed.The results showed that the above indexes did not fluctuate significantly after the application of Jianpihuazhuo Tiaozhi granules,which indicated that Jianpihuazhuo Tiaozhi granules had high safety in clinical application.Conclusion:1.The granules can improve the TCM syndromes of patients;2.The granules can significantly reduce the TC,TG and LDL-C levels of blood lipids,stabilize plaques,reduce the number of plaques,shrink the plaque area,and delay the formation of AS.3.The safety of the particles is good,can reduce some side effects caused by western medicine.
